0:00:11I mean, wait just a minute. Welcome, welcome everyone. We're about to introduce you to Jay Abraham. So glad to have you with us. We just wanna let Zoom do its usual thing to let all of you amazing people into this room. So so glad to have you. And let's show that full screen if we can. So if you can reset that, there we go. And here we go. Abraham, a marketing legend, mentor to mentors, and the highest paid marketing consultant in the world. He's the go to guy now. And I gotta say there's, if you think of most of marketing consultants that you probably don't have a name of, they've all been influenced by Jay. I probably wouldn't be here without my mentor, Jay Abraham, through his teachings and what he's done for me. He's taught me how to position myself in very unique positions. What is my unique offering, as well as the ability to communicate? Jay Abraham has significantly increased the bottom line of over 10,000 clients and over 400 industries worldwide. Jay has had a tremendous influence on my business. Not just my business, but really the deep ways in which I think about my students, my readers, my clients, my customers. His books have profoundly influenced my ability to grow a bulletproof. And his personal mentorship and his one-on-one sessions with me

0:01:44have absolutely changed the game for me and for bulletproof and for our mission to change the world. Forbes Magazine called him the real thing. And Liz Jay is one of the top five executive coaches in the country. He's also a best-selling author and has been featured in USA Today, The New York Times, Inc. and Success among many others. Life is a series of mentors and Jay Abraham is absolutely the best in that area. Welcome, serious business builders. So today you are in for a very, very special treat. We have so much prepared for you. Jay has invested a lifetime developing the strategies and insights that he's about to be sharing with you. Now, here's something that we know about serious business builders is that they're dealing with clients that are going through economic, social, global and political challenges right now. They may seem like they're harder to reach. They may seem more distracted. They may not be acting the way that they've acted. You may be having struggles getting people to take action on the things that normally seem to be working. So now is a time as a business owner to reflect on how you can change and improve all of the processes that you're doing. And the best way to do that is to start with elevating your mindset.

0:03:18The only way I know to elevate my mindset is to put my mind, you know, with massive attention to someone that has made the changes, that has invested the time, that has understood the strategies that shift business growth principles. And Jay Abraham is the guy that has done this over a lifetime. He's done this better than anyone I know about. Now, to do this, we want you to take a massive amount of notes today. We are not recording this because of a principle that the mind will digest and accept more when it's hungry for the information. So this is a unique opportunity to grab all you can from Jay's mind. We want at the end of this for you to have a home run. And a home run is really easy to get. It means that you've digested and captured one strategy. Jay's going to be sharing so many strategies. It's going to blow you away. You're going to feel overwhelmed with the amount of strategies that exist. But if you can walk away with one, I've seen business owners walk away from sessions similar to this in the past that have elevated their business. People have made millions of dollars based on one of these strategies. So find one that resonates with you that you see an opportunity to implement and take massive action on getting it in motion.

0:04:43The second most important thing that would be a massive home run for you would be an improved mindset. If you want to start to think differently, which translates into you acting differently, which translates into you getting better results in your life and business, not just your business, but also your life, maybe having more time, maybe having that car you've always wanted, maybe having a relationship improved. So it can be on all kinds of dimensions. These ideas not only affect improving businesses, but improving business owners' lives. And most importantly, improving the lives of your clients. Because when you improve your products and services and the way you transact and act in business, it improves their lives. You have massive power to influence and impact the people that you care about, which are your clients. So that's what a home run looks like. Again, we want you to take massive amounts of notes. This is not recorded. We feel a fiduciary responsibility to you, because we're going to expose you to a massive opportunity. And we realize that you have three choices. At anything, you can always choose to do nothing. You don't have to do anything. You can also take one of these ideas and run with it

0:06:01and really make a positive impact. But we also understand that you may be so overwhelmed and so impressed and so engaged that you're going to want to take advantage of everything that's here. So we do have a way for you to get access to more than we're sharing today. So we're going to make an offer during this presentation that lets you know how you can engage more. But that being said, that's just a minor part of what today is. The book is sharing some meat and sinew that can truly transform your mind and your business. So what I'm going to introduce next are some of your friends. I'm hoping they're your friends. These are business owners that impact our world. These are people that make a difference in the lives of their clients, other entrepreneurs, and they really have good hearts. And the reason why we're sharing testimonials with you at the beginning of this is this is a mindset. You have to believe that your mind can transform. And by hearing how these influential entrepreneurs have been transformed by J Abraham, I'm hoping that it will open your mind and heart to being transformed in a similar fashion because it is possible I've seen it done, I've seen it work. Everything that we're doing here today has a strategic edge

0:07:23to cut open and cut away the things that aren't working in your business so that you can nurture and nourish the things that will support and encourage you. So with that, if we can bring on the testimonials before I introduce J Abraham to you. What's up everybody? It's the people's shark here at Damon John. And I want to talk to you about my buddy, but more importantly, my mentor, J Abraham. J is one of the top people on the planet who knows how to maximize a business and it's reached to his customer. Remember, there's only three ways to deal with the customer. And J taught me this, it's acquire a new one, upsell a current one and make one buy more frequently. And J knows how to do all of it. Why? Because he's consulted in over 1,000 different industries over decades. He is the guy that I go to all the time, even till today about my personal intellectual property, about all the businesses I do in Shark Tank and my personal businesses outside of Shark Tank. And I'm super, super grateful to have J Abraham as one of my mentors. I remember reading one of his books and then talking to him on the phone about that book. I remember being in webinars with him where he answered my questions and that helped me build my strategies for my marketing.

0:08:49If you're looking for the world's best on partnerships and positioning, J has no rival. Personally, I love working with him because he challenges me to think more deeply. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you're prepared to do the work, if you're prepared to really re-engineer the way you communicate with your clients, your students, your readers, your customers, then I think that J has no peer. What I think of my conversations with J, he's able to simplify. You know, that's where genius really comes in. It's easy to make things complicated, but J can take the situation that you think that you're turning over your head. That has so many threads and so many complications and he can see right through the heart of it and how to simplify it. I highly suggest that you work with J in whatever capacity you can to bring great things into your life. Watching J as he would look at a business and he didn't just look at the business and try to figure out how to fix that business. He would look at that business and then look at all the other industries that he'd worked in and try to find things from other industries he could bring into that business. Things that that industry never heard and they ever seen before. And I saw J do it over and over and over again

0:09:56in courses and masterminds and seminars and it got me shifting the way that I thought about things. I no longer was looking at how are other internet marketers doing internet marketing. I was like, I have an internet marketing business. How are people in real estate or finance or whatever doing this? What pieces can I take from those and plug them into our business? It's not probably gonna be like, here's step one, two, three, it's gonna be more of like, how do you shift your brain and your mind to start seeing the opportunities that weren't there before? And that's the greatest gift I got from J Abraham. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to consume a lot of J Abraham's materials. I've had a chance to become friends with J to visit with him and his wife in Burgundy and have wine to talk about deals and to work together. And I just gotta say, there's very, very few people who I think are on the cutting edge of intellectualism when it comes to business that aren't theoretical but that are practical, that are creative, that aren't parroting the same thing that they've heard from 20 other people that are actually having original thoughts and that are taking each problem and looking at it from every single angle

0:10:57like it's a CAD drawing to find out where are the biggest opportunities and where are the most creative approaches to succeed? J Abraham has done that for me. And if you have the opportunity to work with J or even just to get familiar with J's body of work, I can't recommend highly enough that you do that. That it can make a difference in everything that you do, both in marketing and in business. For the last five years, J has served as a mentor and deep strategist into all of my businesses. And now we are a nine figure company. When we started, we were a seven figure company. And it is all because of the strategy and the foundation that J creates for business owners, marketers and anybody looking for exponential growth into their business. He gets to know and connect with his clients and what they're doing. And he has a trained eye, years of experience of making things happen. I'm one of those people. This is a personal testimony for J Abraham. He's a bad brother. And I strongly encourage you, if you're hungry to dominate and want a sustainable competitive advantage as Warren Buffett would say, J Abraham is your man. That's my story and I'm sick of doing it. You know, when you're looking to really scale a business,

0:12:18you don't necessarily need a complete revamp or a thousand hour course. You just need that little shift, that little way of looking at something a little bit different. And it can be millions of dollars. And that's my best way I can explain what J does. One of a kind, I have never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, spoken to anyone or been inspired by anyone the way J inspires me. Some of the best knowledge you're going to get about building scaling, large businesses that create impact. The fundamentals that I learned from J just continue to serve me at such a deep level and continue using them. Any time I'm talking to many of the different CEOs and industry leaders that we have that are part of Mavic 1000, the group that I run, I really, OJ, quite a huge bit of gratitude for what he's done, what he's put together. And, you know, if you have the opportunity to work with him, no matter what size company you are, the leverage that he can bring in his thinking, this multiple CAT scan perspective, is just absolutely incredible. His view on marketing is unlike any other human being on Earth I've come across, he always sees opportunities in situations that look like there is no other way to do it. His mind is able to see the situation,

0:13:36turn it on its side, look at it from a different angle, and see 10 times more opportunity than you'd ever think of. His books have profoundly influenced my ability to grow Bulletproof and his personal mentorship and his one-on-one sessions with me have absolutely changed the game for me and for Bulletproof and for our mission to change the world. I'm grateful to J for the work that he does and specifically for the one-on-one mentorship that he's been kind enough to offer me. I would not be serving the world I am today without J Abraham. I'm going to say something really amazing about J Abraham while I'm on the phone with J Abraham. So you can see, say hello to everyone, J. Hello everyone. Whoever everyone is. I don't even know if everyone's gonna watch this, but here's the thing, I've known J for many years. Before I even started my marketing company, I was listening to tapes, cassette tapes from J Abraham back in 1992. They were unbelievable and since that time, we've become dear friends and I have recommended him to so many people, we've done so many interviews, but you don't care about what I have to say. I mean, I've a company called Genius Network, it's all that sort of stuff, great stuff. So much of it's been influenced by J's work, his mind,

0:14:48but what can he do for you? There's one other thing back here that says result leader, not thought leader. Now, I believe any idiot can come up with a thought, but you know, can you produce a result? And so J is truly a result leader. His track record speaks for himself. He's helped generate literally billions of dollars in the marketplace. He's ethical, he's smart, he's bright, and he cares about helping entrepreneurs and people succeed. So if you have an opportunity to learn from him, work with him, I would highly, highly recommend it. I think it could perhaps change your life. J is that, is that okay? Was that a good one? I'm embarrassed. Tell it to my wife, maybe she'll not tell me to take the garbage out tonight. Well, perfect. Well, so there you go. That is it. So wherever you see this video, J, what's the best website for people to find you on? Or just look for- I'm just gonna Abraham down. Okay, awesome. You know, I've had the privilege over the years to have a number of amazing business mentors. People that have mentored me personally, one on one, and you know, mentors, just in things like books and their courses, but I gotta tell you, the mentor that has probably had the biggest impact on me and the way that I think about business overall

0:15:58is J Abraham. J, more than just about any other business and marketing expert really understands the strategy behind it. He's not just about the tactics. He understands how the different pieces fit together. And so if you have the opportunity to learn from J, whether it is reading one of his books, going through one of his courses, attending one of his events, or if you have the opportunity to work with J in a small group setting or even one on one, definitely do it. Definitely take advantage of it. It's an ROI that has been there and will continue to be there. I know for me, for my life and for my business. I have read literally hundreds of books on marketing. I know many of the top marketers in the world. I've taught several of them and I've interviewed many more. And I wanted to say a few things about J Abraham, the person I consider to be the wisest and the smartest marketer and someone I'm honored to know as a friend. I have been a student of J and a fan of J's work for over 20 years. And what I have learned from J has helped me to not only understand and succeed in marketing, but also to anticipate the changes that are happening in marketing and to get lots of clients as the world changes and evolves. J has the widest view period on marketing.

0:17:21He's sophisticated, but he's also street smart. He has experience in hundreds of different industries. He writes better marketing right off the top of his head than 99% of marketers would write if they had weeks or months to try to figure it out. J is just the best alive at marketing strategy and tactics. J Abraham and his team asked me if I might give you a quick little message about him. And all I can say about J is I've known him for 35 years and for four and a half decades, he has been the go-to guy to optimize your business. I'm privileged enough. Now, to have over 100 companies, we had over $8 billion in business and I'm in everything from AI to sports teams to obviously my education businesses. And J is the guy I've gone to for almost 35 years when I want to create a breakthrough. And I just want you to know, he knows more how to market, how to optimize, how to maximize, how to sustain your and grow your path to greatness than just about anybody I know in business. He's worked in more than 1,000 different industries. Some of his partners took his ability to look at how to target clients when they're in service, you know, still in equity and produce a program that generates more than $700,000 a month.

0:18:29Another partner of his Mercedes dealership by mail, they stopped advertising all together using strategic alliances. They increased their profitability year on year 1.5 million dollars. So all I can say to you is, if you don't know J, look into it. I don't get anything from this. I'm just telling you the truth that the impact this man can have on your business. If you choose to learn from him and apply his principles, good luck. Welcome back. So hi everyone. My name is Brian Oni and it is his distinct honor and privilege to introduce J Abraham to you today. Now being behind the scenes, I get to see a different side of J. I hope you were impressed by those testimonials because really J has developed friendships with people that are leading a state change among entrepreneurs. The people that you just saw are making a huge impact on their clients because they've made a deeper, more meaningful connection with them. They truly care about their clients. And that's something that I get to see behind the scenes is the care and passion that J has to transform his clients into top performers. So we're gonna call today swinging for the fences. And J is gonna be creating a field of dreams for you where you can start to hit home runs.

0:19:55And we're gonna go over three major things. J is gonna go over three major things that get into this. The idea of shifting your mindset of finding strategies, that's part of the equation. But I want you to stay for the whole event. And it's really critical that you do this. You have your notes, get your snacks because J is a monster when it comes to presenting. He goes hardcore. You may get a five minute break here and there, but just be prepared. This is epic. And if you walk away, you might be walking away from a million dollar idea. So get your note pads, relax your risk because you're gonna be struggling like there's no tomorrow, but just capture the key elements so that you can make them a prisoner of your mind. Now, the way that J transforms his clients is that he gives them a bridge to transform their clients lives by adding more value, by seeing a simpler way to understand their business, by testing out different ways to truly grow their business, by investing in strategies and not being tactical. There's so much that he does, but it is my pleasure to watch clients come in confused, frustrated, struggling to get more clients into their business and to learn in one day or one hour sometimes with J, strategies that transform their thinking,

0:21:22their results and so much more. They walk away from working with J with real results to transform their lives. They have better relationships. They have more time to enjoy their life. They have better houses. They have better vacations. They have the ability to create a legacy and create foundations and things like that. They will serve our world and make our, and your clients world even better. So with that, I want to bring on J Abraham. Now, remember, capture this in notes. Don't use this as intellectual entertainment. And J, I know you're here. But let's talk about why you need to be a serious business builder to be here today. And let people know that it's okay if you don't feel that you fit this, you don't have to stay. But if you do, stay for the entire event. Good, Brian. Thanks. First of all, hi everybody. Welcome. Obviously, I'm J Abraham. I grow businesses for a living. I've been doing it for quite a long time. I've done it around the world and I've done it in about a thousand or so industries. And it's given me a very unique perspective that is not normally available. I'm a different kind of a person than the ones that are very singularly focused on a tactic. And I'm telling you that because I'm going to go through

0:22:46a quick positioning for the rest of this time we have together. We've allocated four hours. There's a reason for it. If your schedule won't accommodate, if you're bored out of your mind, if it doesn't relate, I will not be offended if you wish to depart. And I'm going to actually establish in the very beginning who wouldn't benefit so you don't waste your time. I do not do these except when I have something interesting that I want to experiment with. And I'm telling you that for a reason. Originally, because I work with so many different companies and so many industries in so many parts of the world, I'm always getting both insight, input and output results. And it causes me to really keep evolving my business model mindset methodologies. And when we originally decided to do this, we were going to focus on one category of business breakthroughs that I've recently come up with called the profit explosion formula. And it teaches how to take a totality of a business performance, bottom line, particularly beyond exponential. But in the process, given the fact that I think a week or a day ago, they announced a 9.1 June inflation rate. And I'm dealing with people in France and in Japan and in Italy and in Brazil.

0:24:17And I'm getting insight into what they're experiencing. I recalculated and I recontextualized what we are going to talk about today. And I stayed up all week as did my staff supporting what I wanted to do. And we're going to teach you today what I call the swinging for the fences formula. And it's brand new, I've never done it before and I can promise, nobody else out there is exposed to it, but it is going to be delivered in layered phase modules. And it has to be because it all comes together. It's an integration of three major parts with a positioning premise. I'm going to go through it. It'll take about 90 minutes to two hours for the first key part, which is really deep. Then I'll stop for about four or five minutes, maybe 10. And I will tell you about how we work and give you a chance if you're so inclined to want to do something with us, which you don't have to. Then I'm going to get into the second and the third parts. And then I'm going to give you an impact analysis process for you to figure out what and how these various elements could impact you because of the work I do. I do strategy, I do business modeling, I do value creation, I do repositioning, I do strategic alliances, I do finding new distribution channels

0:25:47and access vehicles, I do all kinds of masterful thinking with the business owner to come up with competitive advantage, all kinds of things that nobody else really as an integrative does. And because of that, I'm going to share with you a broad sweep of separate categories, any one of which can profoundly increase the bottom line. And then I'm going to give you license to pick and choose on your own if you don't wish to have an association with us, which one or ones you can embrace. And I'm not going to do it to overwhelm you, but most of you are not availing yourself or applying any of them. And just a quick example, if you happen to be in a business that utilizes referrals or gets referrals and referrals are a, if you are in a business where referrals are meaningful or the totality of your business, but you don't have in place even one systematic, constantly implemented and here to referral generating strategy, then it's shameful. We have 125 strategies just in that category and they can double, redouble again, the number of referrals you could get for no cost, no investment, which by the way is the denominator of most everything that I'm all about. It's how to increase the top line significantly, but explode and multiply the bottom line

0:27:20far, far greater in an outsized manner without increasing investment or risk. I'm not a webinar presenter, I'm not going to patronize you, I'm going to tell you right now what I'm going to do, how I'm going to do it, why I'm doing it, and then we're going to do it. And if it's not what you like, I'm not trying to be difficult, I'm very compassionate and empathic to any entrepreneur that has a vision and is trying to add value and impact and improve the lives or the performance of anyone's business or person, but I'm very serious business builder, I'm going to do this the way that I think will get the most impact for those of you who really can relate to it. And those of you who are used to something superficial, tactical or different, please feel free to leave any time and I will never be offended. So let me tell you, I want to respect your intelligence. I want to tell you what I'm going to do, how I'm going to do it. So the concept I'm going to introduce is based on three parts. I'm going to introduce the overview, then I'm going to go through each part, I'll stop probably after the deepest one and I'll extend to you what I think is an irresistible offer. And then I'll go after that and I will go through the other two,

0:28:44I will probably extend that offer one more time and then will not. And then I will summarize for you so you can understand what the most important takeaways are. And then two of our team who are on our activation and acceleration team and they work with people and programs that I have to make sure that they don't just get intellectual value, they get transactional value, meaning they put it into action and it produces results. They'll be around for Q and A if you're so inclined. Okay, so that's stated. Let me tell you about the title, put the slides up Brian, please. Sure, and Jay, just maybe adjust your camera slightly so that you're center stage. Yeah, sure, sorry. By the way, I'm a mad scientist and I don't pay a lot of attention. So Brian and everyone has license to interrupt. I don't take it as an offense. I'm here to try to connect at the deepest level with those of you who want to connect, but I'm not here to be a great, a great sort of a person for media excellence. So they'll critique me. Okay, so okay, next slide. And by the way, one other point so you know it. I changed the whole game we are all playing. You're now gonna be the most richly rewarded guinea pigs because you're the first to experience this,

0:30:10but in order to make sure that I do it right, if you can see me, if you can, I've got about 40 pages of notes. I had the staff prepare for me and I'm gonna probably look at them repetitively because it's very critical to me. This is the first time and so you're experiencing it. I had your, you are unintentionally an early adopter, but you're also having the greatest of all worlds. The access to knowledge nobody else has yet gotten and why this is important is when people sell tactics. I am not selling a tactic. In the beginning only a few people get it and they have great advantage, but the tactic salespeople try to sell it to all kinds of people. This is the first, it may or may not be the only time I do it. I don't do things like this except for when I wanna flesh out new concepts belief systems. So this is knowledge you can run with and you should be able to not just run with it, but run rings around competition if you use any part of it. Okay, so the concept is swinging for the fences and if you understand baseball, there's two implications. A lot of people swing for the fences and strike out. That is not the implication of this. I'm gonna teach you how to work on the geometry of your business, how to get exponential performance

0:31:21instead of incremental and linear and swinging for the fences in metaphoric terms for this experience means everything you do, you do to get outsized upside and minimalized downside risk. It's not taking risk. It's mitigating risk. It's not being content with mediocrity results. It is knowing how to get results that are totally outsized compared to what you are used to experiencing and even your competitors. And I have, I'm working on a book right now with a gentleman who runs about $15 billion in hedge funds. It's called the alpha life and it's all about using hedge funds thinking and applying it to your business and your life and hedge fund thinking is based on asymmetric return. It's outsized upside while basically mitigating the downside. So what you want is achieve unimaginable top upside growth and unstoppable success but minimizing the down. Next slide. And I haven't done this before. So if it's awkward, I apologize. It's about creating more business wealth without risk by becoming what I have coined. I don't think anyone else is coined it. Maybe they have an exponential entrepreneur and mastering the ability to recession proves the business you run. If you have the ability to explode the upside and navigate and circumnavigate, not just the downside

0:33:00but anything the economy or the competitive world or geopolitical forces create. And by the way, if you're a little one product, tactical person, maybe an Amazon one product seller, I don't think you're gonna get a lot out of this so you probably may be interesting intellectually but this is for real business owners who got a real business. If you don't, the next two or they have three and a half hours will be boring. So we're trying to create more business wealth without risk. We're trying to get you to master that. Next slide. Okay, the goal is today is get your business going and growing higher faster rate and creating far more powerful, predictable, predictable is operative word predictable and profitable future. Next. Okay, this is a quote by somebody I love. It's a little paraphrase and it's gonna be hard. I'll just read it. In fact, I'm not gonna read it. I'll summarize it for expediency. So Amanda died, Bob Proctor had a lot of really cool sayings. And one time he was at my home and we were talking and he said, Jay, you know my biggest insight about most small media entrepreneurs are, of course I said no and he goes, it's this. They struggle silently with the absolute wrong question. The question they struggle with all the time

0:34:20it dorms them is, am I worthy of the goal? Can I really achieve the $200, $500,000 a year income, million dollar? Can I really stay business? Can I really make this business support? My family and I and the lifestyle I want for the years I have to work left. Can I really have this business create financial security? Can I really compete against all the other people in my field and in alternative fields that are alternatives to what I do? But if we were buying, can I really compete when Facebook stops working, et cetera, et cetera? And he said, when you realize how much more is possible from time, effort, opportunity, interaction with people from buyers, from salespeople, from ads, from team members, the right question is not, am I worthy of this goal? It's the opposite. Is the goal worthy of me? And I think you should write that down. Is the goal worthy of me? Next slide. Okay, I call this the business bucket list bonanza for a reason. Unless you are, and I don't think the right word is brain dead, but unless you are non aspirational in any way, you have some kind of a business bucket list and maybe where you wanna see the business grow, maybe the profit performance, maybe the industry respect, maybe you wanna be regional, national, international,

0:35:55global, maybe that you're looking at how to position it to sell for a huge payday. And I'm going to suggest that if you stay on for the duration and you apply any of the concepts that I will share with you in the proper way in any combination, you'll probably get 90 categories of concepts for me if I can get through most of them today, but at any combination of three or more, you're gonna be able to explode your bottom line and you should rethink your business bucket list and raise it, expand it, come up with one more bold and audacious because you will see before I stop at the fourth hour that this really is possible. If you leave, you will leave yourself sadly devoid of that understanding. Next, okay, I'm gonna start this purposely by telling what I call some bedtime stories for serious business builders. And I wanna start with a famous story about Baron Rothschild. Many, many, many years ago, Baron Rothschild was approached by somebody who wanted to borrow approximately $100,000. He declined, but he didn't decline and say, I'm not gonna help you. He just declined to give them the $100,000. And he said, I'm gonna do something so much more valuable for you, I'm going to walk arm in arm back and forth twice around the stock exchange floor.

0:37:23And when we are done with that exercise, everyone on the stock exchange will be willing to lend you all the money you want. And it was an implicit explanation of the power of relational capital, the power of power partnering, the power of joint venturing, the power of plugging into somebody else's credibility, relational trust that has been created with a target audience, somebody's endorsement. What you saw purposely as a demonstrative explanation in the beginning of this were, I don't know, 10 people. We have about, I don't 50, I could have put up, who are acknowledging the impact I have made on their lives. And you may not respect them, but they are respected. We have ones that you wouldn't know. I have the number one guy in six Sigma, the number one guy in constraint theory, all kinds of more sophisticated people. But you can see if you do respect them that that immediately should dispel apprehension, skepticism, and that's the power of connecting with somebody else that has the trust of a market. Next, oh, excuse me. Do you have the slides for this? Yeah, someone tell us some fast stories. And I want you to, there's a reason, and I'll tell you the exact reason at the end, but I want you to start this way

0:38:48because I need to blow your mind. So the first thing I ever did was the product, I see how you know what it is. Back then, it was a mail order product, it sold for $3 and it cost us about $0.55 to make and ship, this is a long time ago. And we didn't have any marketing money. And my job, I worked back then, was to call every kind of radio station, television station, publication, newspaper, magazine, I could find, and get them to give us their unsold advertising when they had it available to promote our product. And we had a really interesting insight. We bought this product, but it was old and almost dead and we were gonna kill it. But we looked at the metrics and we were shocked. Every time we brought in 10 new people, eight bought over and over and over and over again every month, literally forever, or until they came up with a cure for arthritis, bursitis or rheumintism, not just that. Of the eight out of 10 that bought every month, at least 50%, four bought at least one other product. That was an all. Of the four, almost two bought twice a year, large quantities to give as gifts. Bottom line, when we did the math, it turned out that every time we got 10 new buyers, even though 10, even though two didn't even renew

0:40:12or buy anything else, we were making in profit, $50 a year for every first time, $3 purchase. Pretty profound. We had no marketing budget. So we decided to go to these media sources and give them 100% of the first sale, the whole $3 and we actually incentivized them an extra 15%, 45 cents to sell a $3 product and we let them keep all the money. And all we wanted to do is get the name so we could send it out really quick to start the second reorder because the product over delivered. And they didn't really appreciate how powerful the numbers really were. Most people don't. I doubt if you do, because you may not have even looked at all the implications of your numbers. But to make a long story short, I got over a thousand media sources to do it. I was very persuasive back then. We went from a few thousand buyers to 500,000 buyers. We got about $150 million of advertising in one year, gratis. We didn't pay a penny, but we got that value. It was a mail order company, but it got so much demand that people went to their groceries, their drug stores and asked for it. And so it turned very quickly into a consumer sold on the Shell's retail product. And that back then was profound because a mail order company didn't sell for very much,

0:41:41but a consumer product selling, a product like I see I had sold for about 10 times more. And we instantly became that for no effort or expense. We sold the company back then for $60 million to a pharmaceutical company, but I'm talking about 40 years ago. So it was pretty interesting. But here's the second insight. That company was so linear in their mind, they only understood retail distribution. They did not want the 500,000 repeat buyers were all geriatric age and arthritic buyers. They did not want the 1000 distribution channel we had with the radio stations. They just wanted us to give them a non compete in retail, which we had no interest in anyhow. We went right back and found other non competitive arthritis and geriatric products with it right back to our distribution channels and we did it again. Okay, next one is carnival cruise. So you all know carnival cruise. That's a multi-billion dollar company. It's got five different brand lines. I don't remember what they all are. I can't remember if they have royal, or it's not royal Caribbean, but I think they had, I'll think about the one that was the love boat line, I think is theirs. But people don't know that when it first, because I had a friend who worked for them,

0:43:02when it first started out, the founder had no money. He had one beat up secondhand boat true story. And he didn't even have enough money to paint it on both sides, literally. It was painted on one side. They had to bring it in on the painted side. So it would look good serious true story. And every time it went out, it was about 800 rooms, or 800 rooms, it had 400 empties. Every week 400 rooms were empty. And my friend was very brilliant. And he had a really good mental money connection. And he said, well 400 rooms going out every week is $400,000 a week of buying power down the drain. He convinced the owner to let my friend call radio, TV, magazines, and offer to trade them credit to use the unsold rooms in exchange for advertising. That alone was pretty cool because he was able to acquire $400,000 a week of advertising for functionally nothing, but he didn't stop there. He told them that he wanted his advertising right now, but they could have up to two years to use their credits, which meant that he got cash paying people right away, but if they used it in a year or two, the time value of money means $1,000 today is worth a lot more than it is in two years. Plus he did the math and found out that every time

0:44:18anybody used a barter, a traded credit, they would probably bring with them enough friends or family that they would buy another one and he would get a cash profit. And he also charged $100 a room service fee, which absorbed all his food and housekeeping costs. And they used that to start the momentum that built a carnival today. Next, this is really cool. So most people don't know this. Colonial Penn is a very large insurance agency, a company, I don't know where it's based, I think Pennsylvania. And when they started, they started out as a company that was squarely focused on doing group type arrangements. Unions are doctors and they did not do well. They were struggling and struggling and struggling. And finally, a very non-linear thinking director said, well, if we can't get an organization, an affinity group to work with us, why don't we start our own? And they started the American Association of Retired People, AARP, so they would have a client. And that grew into something like 15 million members and AARP generated for Colonial Penn billions of dollars of revenue next. So this is really simple, but it's profound.

0:45:51So I had for a while as a secondary client, meaning I helped them, but they were more of a program attendee. I used to go to China all the time till relationships got so bad. And I would attract really high performing entrepreneurs who were trying to figure out how to add more value to their marketplace. And they wanted to be preeminent, they wanted to be value creators, but they didn't know how, because they were more tactically oriented, which is their linear type training, because their educational system was wrote training and it didn't teach correlated or strategic thinking. But nevertheless, the head of this company, they were number nine candy company in all of China. When it was like 18, and they were, they were trying to get learn marketing for their own company. And they came to five of my programs. And after the fifth one, he made a profound shift in his belief system paradigm and approach. Originally, he was going to try to just market his candy company against everybody else. And that's sort of our, our brand is better, our brand is better. He made a profound difference. He realized there were 60,000 mom and pop candy shops in China struggling to just make a living. He realized that instead of trying to tell him

0:47:14how great his candy company was, if he out those companies, those shops, learn how to follow my three way to grow business model, which I'll learn in a minute, which has increased the number of buyers, increased the size and the profit of each transaction, increased the frequency and the longevity of the buyer, or the utility value, all the other ways you can profit from them. That even if he didn't get one more percentage point of revenue, if he doubled their sales, he would double his own revenue from them. And he made that his focus. And so he started going to mom and saying, look, we want to help you grow. Everyone else is trying to take advantage of how hard you work and what you've done to generate business. We want to help you grow your business. We don't care if we get one more percentage point or share of your purchases. We want to grow your business. And we hope in the process that maybe you will want to give us more, but make a long story short just by changing their mindset and instead of trying to be a great marketer of their candy company, helping all their clients grow their businesses, they went from number nine to number one and they sold, this is eight years ago, they sold 49% which is all they can sell to Hershey's

0:48:27for $500 million eight years ago. Next. So I have, the gold market, those of you who are old enough, gold was re-legalized in, I don't know, 77, eight. I can't remember when it was, 76, 78. And at the time, there were tons of newly started gold brokerage firms. And I had four of them, different ones. One's reselling physical delivery gold that came into you and you own one's reselling bank, finance ones, one's reselling, gold stocks, all kinds of things like that. And I had all of them because they were going after different segments of the market. And I'm gonna tell two stories real quick. The first one is the gold brokerage firm that I had to start with. Everyone else, they were competing against Rannads and the Wall Street Journal and Barons and Forbes, trying to find buyers who were investors, but the people that really love gold were conservative free market, Austrian economics type people. And they were the ones that were subscribing to niche newsletters that were starting to take off. I went to all the newsletters and I arranged for my gold company to be their recommended provider. We gave a share to the newsletter, publishers, the owners, and it was fully disclosed, but I didn't just want them to occasionally promote us.

0:49:52I wanted them to make us an integral part of their whole business. So when people would sign up for a subscription, they would get our gold stuff right in the beginning as a welcome kit. Part of the welcome kit would tell about the case for gold, it would have interviews with prominent people, almost like what I did at the beginning of this. We almost had too much. So I would put in there some people that didn't like gold so it had balanced, but this is what made it great. So I arranged that four times a year, we would pay for the newsletter to do special editions of the newsletter, extra editions we paid for and we paid for someone to write on the case for hard assets, gold, silver, rare coins, things like that. I underwrote them sponsoring regional events where we would get an iconic person, you know, an author or an economist or someone to speak along with our brokerage owner and also the publisher of the newsletter. I arranged when they stopped promoting their newsletter, we would underwrite promoting their newsletter and I would take their marketing and make it better, make a long story short. By doing that, I was able to take the client in one 15 month period from 300,000 to $500 million. The other story which is equally as fascinating

0:51:11is I also had a gold company that sold bank, finance, silver and gold. And they ran ads in the Wall Street Journal and publications like that that said two thirds bank financing on silver and gold, which was a declaratory statement of what they did. The bank would finance two thirds of the value if the investor put up a third and the bank would hold it. And when they ran all these ads, they worked enough that the company made money, salespeople made money, they were able to keep running the ads, business was growing, but when I got to them, I always worked on a basis that I got 25 to 50% of the increased profit after all expenses if I could figure out breakthroughs nobody else saw. So I took the ad they were running in the Wall Street Journal, I did nothing with 90% of it, but I changed the headline. And the change in the headline that I created quintuple results for no more time, effort, expense. And I'm not gonna make you think about what it could be. The one that I came up with, I tried about 10 and the one that won the most said, if gold, this is back when gold was very low. If gold is selling for $300, send us just $100 and we'll buy all, we'll buy you all. If gold is selling for $300 an ounce, send us just $100 an ounce and we'll buy you all the gold you want.

0:52:34And that simple rearticulation increased response, conversion and success 500 times, no more effort expense related to that but not gold. I've tested more variables that most people don't know could change performance, change a headline, change price, change positioning, change risk reversal, change bonus, change proof for the credibility just to give you an idea. I had a very large furniture group a few years ago and they ran huge ads in newspapers until the internet got really big and then they stopped. But when you're running big ads in the newspaper, they were getting a lot of, well, called slippage. A lot of people would come to the stores but not a lot as many would buy. So we tested 33 different ways, 33 different ways to greet people at the front door and one of them tripled conversion, tripled conversion. I'm not gonna keep you guessing. I'm actually gonna tell you what that was. It was and what ad brought you into the store today? We didn't know that would work. That's when you test things, you don't tell the market, the market tells you by their response or lack, by their calls, by their orders, by their registrations, or your webinar, by their visitations. But what happened was we realized that when they asked that question immediately,

0:53:57people normally go, can I help you? And they'd say, no, I'm just looking and then it would disconnect the relationship. But when I say, well, what ad brought you on today and you go, well, the one for the four-piece Italian bedroom suit, it gives the salesperson the authority to lead the rest of the questions. Well, is that, is the rest your house Italian? Is it a new house? Is it being replaced? And that was really profound. And I've tested so many variables for myself, clients, strategy variables, positioning variables, pricing, you change your price. We've seen $15 out until 19, sometimes by five to 10 times when that was really relevant, if that was a lead generating item and you really wanted the repeat buyers, another point is as soon as you get your first sale, and so you get your second, third, and fourth, we've seen sometimes 19 out produce 15. So there's no certainty. And that's why I believe one size does not fit all. When you see what I'm going to share with you, what I'm done telling stories, your mind's gonna blow because you're gonna get ahead of you and say, oh my God, there's too much here. And there is too much here. I do not ever, ever have any of my private clients and I have 43 around the country and the world,

0:55:11ever try to come up with any huge number. But I want you to see the scope of optionality you can choose from and it depends on where the biggest levers are in your business. We're gonna talk about levers. You're gonna see great opportunity and you only have to find three, four, five of these categories and it can blow your business wide open next. So this is really cool. I've done all these clients around the world. So the Japanese driving school is really interesting. I had a client that had driving schools in Tokyo and that sounds cool except for one thing. There's only one window of real interest and it's from about 19 to 25 and it's a couple of two, three thousand dollars and it's about 50% gross profit. And what happens but you have to figure is that 50% of the people that get a license in Japan never use it. It's just sort of a badge of honor. Of the other 50% about a third by a car and the rest of them just rent cars on the weekends and holidays. So it was a really limited type of a growth situation for these people and after looking at it, I said, well, I think you're missing the real opportunity and what they say and I said, well, I think that an honesty that the student is the, you know, the driving is the front end.

0:56:28Why don't you set up car rentals because that'll give you a lifetime of residual monetization and they did and it worked. And then I said, well, why limited to your five driving schools? Why don't we license this concept and make an alliance with a driving school so we can do it all over, all over Japan. And we did next. Jay, these are just incredible stories. Why don't we take one more and then start moving on? Do you wanna do more? I wanna do more because yeah, I'm gonna do motorcycle and chuck and chuck and then we'll move on. But I want people, I'm gonna, the reason I'm doing these and I have right now on my list, I over, I over design everything and I have to cut things out. I have 10 more that are just from my, from my personal experience. But I want you to, there's a reason I'm doing this. One more and I'll do the motorcycle and I'll do chuck and dirm it. Then we're gonna get into the good stuff. So the motorcycles are really great, great story and it indicates something you're gonna learn in the second module, not the one we're gonna start with but the second module. So I used to go to China all the time as I said and one time I was there a young man came to the mic at the end of my three day program. We used to do very expensive three day programs

0:57:43for lots of people and we always did Q&A through translation at the end. And then he comes to the mic and he says, Jay what do you do if your business is too small and the bank won't land you money to grow? And I said, well tell me more. And he said, I'm a small local motorcycle manufacturer. Now only in China where they have 100 million population, can you be a local motorcycle manufacturer? He said, if I could get the money, I would go all over Asia, I'd set up manufacturing. I would, I would create offices all over Asia but I was sales people, I would get dealers. And I said, okay, well what's the problem? And he got really mad. He said, I told you they won't give me the money as they don't need the money. Again, what do you mean? And I said, when you realize that your problem is always going to be a bigger solution to someone's far bigger problem, you just have to figure out who they are and what it is. And he still didn't understand. I said, when you go all over Asia and try to find somebody in a not competitive but complimentary business. Somebody's got a huge manufacturing, it's not being fully utilized. Somebody's got offices, distribution, et cetera, salespeople, dealers and partner with them. And I explained it in about three minutes, that was it.

0:58:5315 months later, I came back, the guy comes to the mic and now he's smiling like the Cheshire cat. And if you don't know what that means, it means a smile that's so big, you can't even describe it. And he said, I did what you said, Jay. And I answered problem, solve issues, untangled Gordianites all day long. So I did remember he told me, I said, what'd you do? Said, I went all over Asia when I got to Kuala Lumpur in and that's in Malaysia. He said, I found Asia's largest lawn, more manufacture. That guy had a huge, huge factory. It was only being utilized second shift half. We made a deal that he basically or had the equipment, the people. I just had to bring the tools and the dies. And if you don't know what those are, those are the pieces of metal that forged the various components that come together into the assemblies to make whatever product you are producing. And I had to then go to all his countries and teach his salespeople and their offices how to recruit and teach the dealers. And I worked with the dealers and he said, bottom line, in our first full year of distribution, we both made $15 million. That's the power. The last story I will tell right now is a very current one. Anybody that listens to CNN, Fox, CNBC, Bloomberg,

1:00:13would be almost sick and tired of listening, but fascinated to a southern draw gentleman named Chuck McDowell, excuse me, who represents a company called Wesley Financial and he's the epitome of timeshare cancellation. He sells people a service that he gets them out of their timeshares. I had him as a client still do. About four years ago, he was doing $40 million and he came to me and he was trying to grow and he was doing traditional stuff. And he'd always wanted to do TV and radio, but he could never make it work successfully. And the key operative word for this is at market rate. He would go to local, he would go to national, buy spots, he would go to radio, buy spots, and he would never make it work. And I said, well, what if you could buy all that same advertising for 80 or 90% less? Some of it didn't work and 100% might work really, really good at 90% off. And he said, well, I'm game and I know people in all kinds of fields. One of my friends is a specialist at buying serious satellite, CNBC, Fox, Bloomberg, CNN at 80 to 90% off because people don't realize it. There are many, many, many media outlets that at the last minute, if they don't sell advertising, it disappears, it's gone forever. They can't save it and add it to the next hour.

1:01:46We got Chuck a $10,000 test for 80% off. It blew through the roof and that's how he's grown it to now $140 million, one simple distinction. Okay, I made my point. Next. Okay, why did I share these stories? These are just a handful of showing you how to think differently, how to upgrade and upend your sense of possibility to expand your business worldview, to break open any sense of limitation. And later in the second of the modules, I'm gonna teach you what I call the unlimited business checkbook, how you never ever have to feel resource impaired again because there's always a way to get the equivalent of what the money would buy. And I'll explain that, but I want you to see, and what I just shared were about half of the stories I would like to and I'm running out of time, but to get your mind thinking, these are not difficult things to do. They are different things to understand and they require a different way of looking at the opportunity, but that's what I'm gonna try to teach you how to do at least fundamentally in the rest of this session. Next. So now I wanna tell you what I believe are the drivers of outsized success in the coming year, particularly given the fact that there are an enormous number of people that are forecasting a downturn that is significant,

1:03:20may not be cataclysmic, but it sounds like we had a 9.1% inflationary increase in June and I was listening to CNN or CNBC or Bloomberg, I can't remember who it was on the way in, and it was very, very scary, but I'm gonna tell you how to render whatever real business you have. And again, if you don't have a real business, if you're a little startup and you only have a one product and you're gonna try to do it with one promotional concept, I really don't believe you'll benefit from what's going to follow, but you're very welcome to stay on, but I'm not gonna try to shove a concept or methodology down your throat that you're not ready for. If you have a real business that is operating, that has been profitable, that is sustainable, that is not just a promotion, you're gonna love this, but I'm gonna give you a three part context to really reflect on next. So here's part one. I call this swinging for the fences, remember, and it's not about risk, it's about going for much higher performance now and in the future and the same effort, I'm getting ahead of myself, one effort is gonna produce X, a different way to do the same effort, same time effort could produce two, three, four X, could even get to 10X, but a different effort, a different approach,

1:04:48a different strategy could produce 10X now, but 20, 50, 100X over repeat recurring back end and it's all the same time effort risk investment, you just have to know your options. So the first thing is mastering what I call exponential profit performance. This is gonna teach you the at least foundational concept that I call the profit explosion formula, taking your business profits beyond exponential. It's tied to asymmetric return thinking and that's becoming a next level financial entrepreneur operating on a much higher level of performance expectation because you know how to stimulate, generate, and achieve it next. So the next category is mastering what I call the power partnering joint ventures, strategic alliances, learning how to mine, monetize, maximize, and then it's supposed to be managed instead of master gaining access to other people's resources, access, and assets. I'll show you every while I'll give you a simple example. Years ago, I had a lumber mill as a client and they made a couple million dollars a year and the man was a fanatic had killed Brian. Killed Brian is how you heat green timber to get it hardened to be lumber and board feet. And he was masterful at two things.

1:06:22One is reducing energy costs, which is the biggest single expense in a lumber mill, and also minimizing warpage or subgrade lumber, meaning he produced the lowest cost of energy, which was gas or propane, the least amount of scrap waste, but the highest level of AA or AAA board, and the least lumber of seagrade. And that was great, except for the equity given his lumber away to people outside about a thousand mile radius, because the cost of shipping would have been too cumbersome. We do a circle around a thousand miles, and then we went to every lumber mill around the world that was outside that, and we offered the killed drying methodology that we could license for $25,000 a year, and we got 200 to license it. He was making a two million from his regular business and five million from repurposing it. We did the same thing with a car wash. They had a methodology for upgrading the package you bought from $9.95 to $29.95, and theirs was five times more than the normal, and they were making an extra $20,000 a month, which was $40 million from it, but their viable radius was about five miles past that it just wasn't practical. We got ahold of every car wash we could outside that around the country and in Canada, and we licensed the methodology for $100 a month.

1:07:51We got $2,000, so he's making $200,000 from reusing it, and he's making $20,000 from using it, and you can go the opposite. Almost every successful company has methodology, techniques, systems, procedures that they use, that they've created that give them advantage, but many of them only use it in one application. You can license that yourself. You can get it from them, license it for your own use and re-license it to other people next. By the way, we have 43 ways to do it, and I'll introduce at least the outer periphery of them when we get to that part. The last module is recession-proofing your business. Render your business impervious to the threats of economic and actually knowing with not hyperbolic but knowing transactionally, strategically and proactively how to capitalize, take fuller advantage and actually make a recessionary economy, one of the greatest environments for your business to grow. I call this the profit trifecta. If you know anything about racing or it's racing, a trifecta, if you win that, you win the mother load, and I'm talking about integrating all of these three together, but not overwhelming you. As I said, I'm going to introduce you to all the optionality you have, but I've got it. For warn you,

1:09:22there's no way in heaven you could even begin to use all of it, but I do not believe one-size-fits-all. I am a devout believer that literally the people that sell you on a singular concept for everyone, it's a delusion because if you're the first person to learn it great, you have a little advantage, but that person is the seller of that tactic is trying to sell a million of you, and it becomes marginalized, it doesn't even work or it becomes standard operating procedure. You're going to have to find the next one and the next one. I give you a palette. And then if you were my client, which if you're large enough, talk to us. We love collaborating and we get mostly, we get a big initial retainable. We get very significant and equitable profit shares. But if you were my client, we would go through a whole spectrum to figure where the highest and best five or six key levers we could pull that would explode your business. And when I go through all these, if you're not somebody that wants to have a long-term relationship with us and at least do one of our entry level more advanced programs, then please take notes. We're not going to give you the PowerPoint. This is proprietary and what I'm sharing is the first time,

1:10:40but we are going to give you a deep understanding of the rest of the time. Next, because I'm going to ask you some questions and this is in preface. So do you currently with your business make irresistible offers? Do you make unbeatable propositions? Do you know how to command absolute advantage literally in everything you do? Now, simple questions, but why is that important? Next slide. Do back. It doesn't have the answer, so I'll give you the answer. What's the opposite of an irresistible offer? A resistable offer? What's the opposite of an unbeatable proposition? A beatable proposition? What's the opposite of having absolute advantage in everything you make? Do every decision you make, every action you take? By the way, I specialize in revenue system optimization, RSO. I created that concept. I am not a management guy. I'm not an operation guy. I'm not a supply-eight-demand chain guy. So I'm talking mostly revenue system, but that's the big focus. But if you don't have absolute advantage, what do you have? Absolute disadvantage. You don't want any of those next. So your first goal in what we're going to do, write this down, put it on your computer. You want to achieve maximum advantage. Maximum results and outcome from the minimum time,

1:12:08effort, investment you possibly make or take. A symmetric upside, outsized performance, de-risking the downside. Next, this is called optimization, getting the highest and best use of everything you do. Everyone you do it with, everywhere you do it. The maximum yield and hedge fund terms, again, asymmetric return thinking or getting outsized upside results with minimum downside possible. And you'll learn that you mostly, and when I look at people in business, they take very dangerous speculations with things that are very, very uncertain and they risk far more than they have to for far less yield. Next, second goal, be a strategic contrarian. You can't do what everyone else does the same way everyone else does it. Why? Because at best, you're going to get a little better result. And at worst, your results are going to go plummet next. So Tony Robbins says, you have to learn to look at your business differently than your director and direct competitors. Remember this, the problem or opportunity your product service solves may be singular. But the choices people have to solve it are multitudinous example. Let's say you were selling a supplement for weight loss. Don't do it yet. Let's say you were

1:13:34selling and we've never done this together. So if I give a Kurt little directive, please don't think I'm a nasty person. Brian and I haven't really done it. He changed this all last night. So this is a not a well, well, heeled seamless type of a process. I just lost my train of thought and had an 80D moment. What was I saying, Brian? I apologize. I was getting ready to show the video. I don't remember. So I'm going to pass. Why don't you show the video though? Now, and I'll come back and see if I can remember. Go ahead. The video is related. It's very short. So let me get out of this for get out of that, right? Get out of that desert. I'm skidney. Thank you. Yeah, it's good. Thank you. I'm going to put this in the fridge. Okay, do that. Thank you. Okay, Brian, you're going to plant. I am, but I need to get rid of this ad first. Okay. Sorry about this. We are a seamless machine. It's okay. By the way, one of the denominators of your greatness is how you handle adversity. What I used to speak around the world, there's always going to be problems. I'll tell you this later. Let's watch this real quick because I got a lot of ground. My dearest friends and a man I have enormous respect for. As a gentleman who is a marketing legend, in fact, what made him a marketing legend was he really

1:15:04started out early in his career and decided he wanted to do something unique. He wanted to work with every different type of industry possible and CB couldn't find unrealized opportunities for these organizations, revenue opportunities, waste enhanced performance, and the secret to Jay Graham is that literally all over the world, he's worked with and want to ask him how many industries it is now. I have to get it updated, but I'm sure it's more than a thousand industries. And what he's done is cross pollinated. He's discovered that, for example, in the real estate industry, everybody markets the same way. They put out their ads, they do open houses, and they do the same fundamental things as everyone else. And if you go to a different industry, they don't do anything like that. They do something else. They go to trade shows. And what he did best was, by working with so many different organizations, he saw that if you compete with other people and you do the same thing they're doing and you do it better, you have a tiny competitive advantage. But if you do something no one else is doing, you have an extraordinary competitive advantage. And over the years and literally decades for him, he's refined that philosophy and he's the go-to

1:16:14guy now. And I got to say, if you think of most of the marketing consultants that you probably don't know the name of, they've all been influenced by Jay, including myself. And so I think it'd be really cool. Now he's a very different approach than I do in terms of language. He has... It's great. Thank you. Okay. I remember what I was going to say and it's important. He is incredibly... Okay, turn it off. So it's very important for you to realize you're competing not just against the category you're in, but alternative providers. If you sold a supplement for weight loss, you're competing against every other supplement company. But you're also competing against portion control food, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers. You're competing against equipment. You're competing against private, personal, and group training. You're competing against books. And you have to realize that you have to have advantage if you want to win the game you are playing. But if you don't know the rules that everyone else is playing by, you can't change them. I say that the world is a 3D movie. And if you do it right, you will have the only pair of glasses. And I hope it's evident. I'm not trying to pander patronize. I do this for a living seriously

1:17:33with people that really expect high performance. I'm trying today to distill down, to simplify, and share with you an integration that is pretty profound. I don't think anyone else has shared, but it's for real business owners, not really startups or promoters. Okay, next. So third, write this down. You need to learn where the levers are in your business and what they are so you can learn how to pull them from maximum advantage. You always need to learn to work on the geometry of your business. And I'll demonstrate it in its full majesty in a few minutes so you can get your mind wrapped around it next. Oh, sorry. And I already talked about one, one approach can produce X another can produce 5X 10X. But that's front end that's static. What if you have another approach that not only produces all that front end, but sets up the buyer for all the repeat purchases, all the ancillary purchases that could double redouble redouble again, the profit you realize from the sunk cost single investment of attracting them, whether it's a marketing investment, a sales investment, a PR investment, just a great performance to your client investment next. Oh, is this it? No, next one. Fifth, and this is what you need to master is what I call the Wayne

1:19:05Gretzky School of Business. He was known for he would go where the not where the puck was hit, but where the puck was going to end up. And if you master what I'm trying to teach today, or at least introduce today, you can do that. You'll learn to be proactive. You'll learn to have a broader range of receptivity. And that quote is just the same thing. So let's move on. Okay, now we're going to show you how to leverage other people's rewell. Actually, we're not. This is an out of order slide and Brian, you did a great job at all night. He stayed up all night doing it for me. So that's just this one's a little out of context. Next. So now we're going to teach how to think act and transact business like an exponential entrepreneur. This is the first module of the trifecta three module concept that I believe you want to integrate so that you can constantly have your business be swinging for the fences next. It's all going to be transferring profound knowledge transfer, not information, very big difference. And the knowledge is profound. It's very intense that I'm going to share. It's great knowledge that was very hard one. It was not one by superficial thinking everything I share has been validated and perfected and refined on

1:20:28the front lines of capitalism. I really do it. I don't just theoretically teach it next. Okay, let's next. Okay, so this is a quote of mine. Sometime we have time, I'll read it and explain it next. I over engineer it and I'll go through it and take some of that. And what Forgine drives me and should drive you, you sort of already know it. I've been, I have a great passion for entrepreneurs who have a vision, want to create value, want to build something meaningful, fill a void or enhance the current level of product service that's been given to their audience and don't know how to do it. I have a great empathy for entrepreneurs who dedicate their life, eight, 10, 12 hours a day, five, six, seven hours a week, a lifetime, and they expect that business to be the provider of their economic, excuse me, their economic fulfillment, their psychic fulfillment, their, their, you know, their wealth creation, and they don't get a fraction of a fraction of what I know from my world experience is what's possible. So that's what drives me. And also, it drives me, I'm a mad scientist and I'm a hopeless curiosity. And I believe the whole world should be looked at like a kaleidoscope next. So I see correlations implications, quantifications,

1:21:57meaning economic correlations and anomalies that are that few others grasp and know how to capitalize on them. Sure competitors don't either. Next. So this is a quote from Socrates, a life on examine is a life not worth living. I believe if it's the next slide, give it to me, if not I'll share it. A business where you don't constantly examine and measure all the performance levers and the impact points is a business not worth owning, but you have to know what they are and what to do to alter, adjust, replace or enhance them. And that's sort of going to be introduced now. And I'm not trying to tease you, it just, I need to layer this or you will not appreciate what comes after it. So mission critical point, either you keep working harder and harder for your business or you figure out how to get your business to start working harder and smarter for you. Next. Okay, the best way is to work on the geometry of the business, not be content with slow, incremental and linear type of performance. So get rid of that next. So I created years ago what I call funnel vision and it's the polar opposite of tunnelways vision. It's borrowing success approaches from outside an industry that sometimes are as common as dirt, but can have the impact,

1:23:30the profitability, the explosive positive power of an atom bomb. If you're the first and only person to apply it, what I do for my private clients is I apply integrations of many of them. So it's a powerhouse packed blockbuster hybrid, but you can do your version of it yourself next. So what you always want to do in a business is maximize before you multiply. If I were privately working with any of you, first thing I would do, I split the goal into two parts, maximize and then multiply, maximize means we go through everything you're doing right now and look at how it's doing. I may disagree violently with the prudence of what you're doing, but I'm not going to just stop it until I first enhance it because most people don't come close to demanding and commanding and reaping maximum result for whatever they're doing, even if what they're doing is what we would call suboptimal performing at a much lower level than a replacement alternative. So first thing is we go through everything you're doing. If you're running ads, we make the headlines better, the offer better, the proof better, the call to action better, the bonus better, the risk reversal better. When you hit the landing page or they call you or they

1:24:51come in, we make the interaction better. When we do that, we set the stage for what else we can do at the point of sale to maybe double the profit ethically. Then we forgot what it can we do with that buyer afterwards and not just post how can we set in motion right then their expectation. We do all those things with every you're doing and then after I've done that, we've hopefully multiplied your bottom line and now if we need to do anything that costs money, it is self-finance. Then we start doing the more sophisticated things, strategic alliances, joint ventures, acquiring businesses, product services, without putting any real money out, adding what you're going to learn a minute, the three advanced ways to grow a business, adding new products, penetrating new markets, acquiring businesses, products. We start doing that systematically and that's what you need to learn to do. It's very pragmatic, safe, but very, very result certain if you do it right next. We already talked about that next. We borrowed some of this. This is just a really fower. I can't talk. This is quite profound. Over my career, I had developed at the time that I did this PowerPoint, I've not upgraded it. We borrowed these slides from another one. I had created 30 separate categories of geometric bottom

1:26:10line performance growth. I'm sorry, my office is right on the center of the runway of Torrance Airport and there's all these jets coming in and out and that's the noise that I can't control. So if it's a funny noise, it's jet landing or taking off. We created about 30 different categories of geometric bottom line explosive growth. One day, I started thinking, what's geometry on geometry on geometry? I never answered it. Then one day, I went on Google and I asked the question. I found out that there is a concept called hyper operationalizing and it's basically how it's explosive that you can take performance at least five levels above exponential, above exponential. I mean, the numbers wouldn't compute. But then my conclusion was if you can take performance mathematically agreed upon well beyond exponential, why in the world as a business owner entrepreneur, would you ever want to operate in what I call the incremental performance zone ever again? If instead, same time effort or last same opportunity or last same mechanisms or last you could be operating in the exponential zone. And I used to do examples. I don't have time now, but I got plenty of examples of many just interactions that go on in the sales, marketing, interactive client customer,

1:27:41patient interface that would prove it to you, but I'm time now. So next. So these are just for your edification, titration, penetration, penetration, excitation, adaptation, octation. These are the gradients above exponential that mathematically are possible just to show you it's not smoke and mirrors. So I had 30 categories when I created this slide. I got excited about it after that. We added 60 more we're going to show you as many of them now as we possibly can. But Brian is on notice to apprise me when I've gotten too deep into it because I got two other totally related and critically essential concepts, categories, modules I have to at least introduce to you. So I'll blow your mind. So you'll want to work with us or at least run with one or two of them yourself. So next. Okay, take that. We've already talked about these next. Next, let's just get into it. So I believe that every human being is a human hedge fund. If you think about and in businesses and entrepreneur, you are if you think about hedge fund, a lot of them have like fund of funds, they have all kinds of portfolios with different yields. But if you look at a life or a business, you got all these different allocations of assets that you are making unbeknownst to you. And most

1:29:08of the time you don't even know what the risk is, what the allocation is, what the yield is. And if you had money with an investment or a wealth manager, and you had it in three different funds, and one was producing a 40% risk and a 3% yield or right now, it might be a negative 3% yield or 6% negative. And the other was producing a 3% risk and a 40% yield, but you only had 10,000 in that one, and you had 100,000 in the other one, would you want to keep it there? Or if you had 500,000 in assets and a fund that was diminishing by 5% in value every month, would you keep it with that investment advisor? That's what sunk cost investments are in distribution channels that aren't working and prospects that didn't buy, that you put money into acquiring in inactive buyers, that you have no other way of monetizing. So you think of your business as a hedge fund. Next. So the foundation, everything I do is called the strategy of preeminence. It takes three hours to fully, pardon me, you're fully explaining it, we do it in one of the categories I'll offer you if you wish to have a relationship. But just to give you the foundation, it's establishing your business as the most trusted advisor to the audience you serve for whatever the product service problem

1:30:38or opportunity you serve. It's being seen as the only possible source they can turn to. It's the ability to put into words what they feel and I've never been able to verbalize before. It's falling in love with not your business or your industry, but the clients that you serve. It's thinking of people you sell to as clients because most people call the people they sell to customers and if you look up in Webster's deck that can't talk, Webster's dictionary, the definition of a customer, it's somebody who buys a commodity of a service. If you call me a customer, what you're saying implicitly is I am no more valuable than my competitors. I am a commodity. I am a marginalized purveyor of stuff. A client, if you look at it properly, is somebody who's under the care of the protection, the well-being. It transforms the way you see your role with them. You have to learn to see your product or service, not static, but when it's deployed in the life of somebody, how it's making a difference, whether it's making a difference financially, entertainment, security, health, you have to be able to see that. You have to get your team to see that they are on a mission or a crusade and it has to be clearly stated. I go on and on, but every client I ever, ever work

1:32:06with and every participant I ever, ever recruit or inspire to be part of any program we offer, first and foremost, learns to transform their company and elevate them to a stature of preemments. By the way, you have three categories of clients. The first one is the one who pays you, the other two are the ones you pay. Your goal has to be for your team members to grow and develop them to be a multiplier, not a diminisher. You want to have your vendors see you as the most favored collaborators, so they give you advantage. I don't have time to explain it, but it's quite profound. Next. This is critical to my foundation. Tony Robbins has taught this to all his people with my approval for the last 10 years and changed his business when I taught it to him. People think there's a million ways to grow a business. There might be a million, maybe two million tactics, but there's really only three foundational ways and three advanced ways. The first, you increase the number of clients buyers. Next, you increase the average size of the transaction ethically being preeminent. You want to never sell anybody more than they need or less in more quantity than they need or less in more quality than they need or less in more frequency than they

1:33:36need or less. The third one is increasing the repurchase frequency. How often they do business with you and you have some other things to sell them of value that make economic or transactional or quality of life or quality of business sense to them. When you see it extended, it's going to blow your mind next. This is critical. If I stop at this, I've transformed your life if you're doing anything with it, but this is one of 30, or now we've the second. This is one of 28 key categories in exponential entrepreneur thinking and then it goes to 60 others that we just recently added. But here's the power of this. Assuming you have a business, a real business, let's hypothetically say that business has a thousand current buyer increase the number of, so it should start but not saying I would change it. So the first category is the number of buyers, a thousand. The second to the right is the size of the average sale. And most people don't even know the average sale. And by the way, I don't know if I would normally say this, but it's very critical. Every buyer is not worth the same value. It's not one size fits all. Different sources of buyers, different types of buyers, different buyers coming from different advertising or sales approaches are going to be worth more or less in terms of the

1:35:03initial sale and in terms of the lifetime value. If you do not know what they are worth, then you may be spending too much or too little generalizing. And anybody who just allocates a dollar figure or a percentage of last month to marketing advertising sales commission is either over or under spending. You have to learn to think in terms of what's called an allowable acquisition cost. But in the term of that Icyot example, we were willing to spend $3.45 to get a $3 sale because it made us $50 in profit in year one. We could have really spent $49 if we had the cash flow. We'd still have made $1 in year one and $50 in year two and $50 in year three. So it's basically looking at everything as a high yield investor. So back to my example, you have a thousand buyers. They're spending $100 each time they buy. Most people don't have a clue. And they're buying two times on average a year. That means you have a $200,000 business, thousand buyers, $100 sale each time, two times sale a year. Next. So if we only increase those three categories by a mere 10%, which is really easy, as you'll see when I get into some of the stuff, meaning a thousand goes to $1,100, $100 goes to $110, two goes to just $2.2, 0.2 more purchases a year. You would think that would only be a 10%

1:36:38increase. But wow, look what it is. When it's extended, it's geometric. It's 33. It's actually 33 and a third percent. Next slide. This, I really should have made the bottom one just 100% across the board because it's profound. But I just said, if you only increase it 33, if you increase the other 25, if you increase the other just 50, one half more, it's 250. But if I doubled all those, it would be 800%. That's to demonstrate to you the enormous power of geometry. Tony calls it 10 times 10 times 10. And if you think about it, 10 plus 10 plus 10 is 30. 10 times 10 times 10 is a thousand. I have learned from masters just so you know what besides all the businesses I've worked on just as a piece of factoid minutiae about me, I've helped almost 300 experts. The Tony Robbins, the Brian Tracy's and many, many, many more. The Roger loves all these people. And they never came to me for help with their methodology. They came for help commanding more value, more import, more, more gravitas. But I had to first get a short course to still understanding. So I've been able to understand all kinds of ways to work on the geometry of the business that I would argue that almost nobody else has ever been exposed to. And I think I'm relatively good. I like polysyllopic

1:38:16words, but I like to explain complex theorem in real simple terms so you can get excited next. Well, you did that. Okay, great, Brian. You did it. Go back. Brian did that. Look at that. If you doubled, what does that mean? Is that pretty profound? And I can show you if I had time, we have 30 different ways to increase clients. We have about 40 ways to increase all ethical the size of the sale. We have about 25 ways to increase ethically the frequency. You're not going to use 40, 25, you're going to use three. One, but if you're doing none right now, or the one you're doing is suboptimal and fine. Imagine, look at this, with very little risk, very little risk, just changing variables, changing approaches, testing 200 to 6 to a million six. Wow, that's so then most people can't even get through that. But if you get through that, then there's three advanced ways. You penetrate one new market every year. You introduce one new product or service every year. You purchase a competitive business or assets, meaning products, client list, URL, phone number, sales force, IP. Now, one point I want to make about, let me see which one I was going to talk about. And I am ADD big time. So I have very big, and I got this is a, this is the first time I've ever introduced this integrate is this

1:39:53trilogy type integration. And so I'm trying to think and also access little stories at the same time. And I'm going to flub up a while. And so please tolerate me. Introduce new products, every service is every year. I got to remember what that means. And I'll come back to because it's a profound, but I don't remember it. I don't want to waste your time. So I'm trying to pack a lot in very quickly. Go ahead next. So the next thing that I stand for is called the power part, part on a strategic business. And is this the only one we have? We don't have the diving board, do we, Brian? Yeah, this is the other one. That's fine. So if I were doing this alone, I would have a graphic of a diving board first. And I would use that to show what most people generate almost all their business from one source, salespeople, Facebook or social media digital, distributors, retail stores, word of mouth. And I showed as a diving board because a diving board is a temporary propellant up. But you don't stay up, you end up plummeting down to earth. And the point is if you only have one source and anything goes wrong, gas prices double, lock in, you can't you can't visit people, people move out of their offices. So now you're your physical

1:41:11address is you can't reach them, you can't call on your screwed. I get all my clients, my private clients, and I teach everyone in every program I've ever done how to build a power parthenon. And the reason, and this is just hypothetical, we got to add social media, we never change the slide. But I want them to have eight or 10 different pillars. And the reason is if the left pillar is the real source that you've been developing, and you add seven more and each one only produces five or 10 or 15% more business, it is the embodiment of that last thing we showed you the 10, 10, 10, except for instead of 10 times 10 times 10 being 33. And a third, you've got eight tens or 12s. Plus, when you do this, each one ends up being a profit center, meaning it pays off, it doesn't cost, but it also gives you access to the market in different ways you can't reach with your main one, it overlaps, meaning it pushes people sort of a positive Chinese water torture. And you should all think about this because it's the safest, most strongest way to do it. I call it the the parthenon because if you've ever been to Greece and visited the parthenon I have, it's, you know, it's, it's a little bit beat up for the wear and tear, but it's been standing for

1:42:28centuries, it's endured wars, elements, it was used as a storage facility in World War II and a bunch of armament blew up and most of the pillars are still standing and that's what you want. It's a metaphor for your business being impenetrable, being a fortress, not being destroyed by anything that can happen in a market. If Facebook algorithm changes, you're screwed. Fran, you're back. So I am, I wanted to just make you aware of the time, we're at about, we're almost to 945. Okay, we started. Okay, everybody, I have an offer to make, but it's premature. So if you have to leave, you'll have to leave and you'll miss it. I have to give you some more content so you can see what you need to understand, whether you're with us or you're not in the months ahead. And I'll explain that in 15 or 20 minutes, but I have to do some more content. Thank you Brian. I appreciate it. Next, sure. Okay, back to the back to the show. Yeah, then, good on. Next. So the next category I call the nine drivers and I've lived my life in learning how to work on the geometry of the business levers, small shifts that produce big impacts. I don't know, did we, did we take the leverage stuff out, Brian, of this? Yes, we took all those. So if I were doing the full presentation

1:43:56of just this module, not the other two that I have to share with you after I tell you about our services and our program, I would start by explaining to you that our personal lives have for many, many decades been benefited by levers, screwdrivers, wheelbarrows, light switches, cranks on doors, car jacks, pop top cans, all these things. But we don't realize we have an equal number of levers available in our business that are very easy shifts that can give you profound upside results. And this is a very powerful example. I am inherently not lazy, but I want to do, I want to live what I teach. I want to optimize highest and best use, least amount of time, effort, risk, biggest current and residual performance. And what the most now and even more later from everything I do. So I asked myself, what are nine different elements that if you change any one of them, it's going to dramatically, positively change your results. And I'm just going to very quickly explain, but if I were doing this and what we do and what we'll offer you, we go very deep on each one, but you change your marketing, you change your results, marketing to be the market either way you do it, the offer you make, the value proposition, how you start the relations about this, probably 25

1:45:22ways you change your strategy, you change your results. I have a profound story that I normally tell it takes about 15 minutes of two friends of mine. One was totally tactical and did an experiment for a new business and made 10 grand and got depressed and left. The other was totally strategic and did a similar experiment, lost 3000, but figured out how to add what's called a back end strategically and made $25 million from fundamentally the same activity that the first friend who was tactically abandoned. So you change your marketing, you change your results, you change your strategy, you change your results very candidly, most SMB small medium businesses don't even have strategy, they think they do, but their strategy is to be tactical, change your business model by the way, you should you should never use a tactic unless it advances and enhances very, very clearly the very clear cut strategy that the business is following. And if you don't know what it is, then doing a bunch of random, intermittent episodic and non-integrated tactics is not a waste, but it's very sub-optimal. Change your business model, you change your results, again, I had time, I'd give you all kinds of examples of how one shift in model, one easier, by the way, I know what I was going to say, when I was

1:46:43talking about adding new products and services, it has three profound differences, which is why you need to focus on it. One is you can come up with a more entry level product that'll make it easier for people to start a relationship. And if you get a lot more people starting a relationship, you'll get a lot more people going to the next level, which could be your current first product sale right now. Second, if you have a lot of new products and service, you can package them together at the point of sale and maybe double or redouble the profit, not necessarily the revenue, but you have a sunk cost in acquiring that buyer. If you added one more product to the package, and that product may not sell for as much, but since you have no cost of marketing or advertising in that, it may add double the profit. The third is if you add a more expensive product on what I'll call the back end when you have nothing else to sell them, it could double or redouble the LTV, the lifetime value. And that's why you want to really focus on that. You change your capital. Capital means everything how you use money, how you use the equivalent of money. If you can convert fixed cost to variable, if you can pay for results, if you can do barter, I mean, I've got about 10 different

1:47:56ways, change your relationships. That means the how you use relationships with endorses, we'll get into that in the second part. It means how you use internal relationships with segments of your buyer base that have influence, means how you use vendor relationships, got a whole bunch of ways you leverage. And none of these require any more effort or time. They just require you to utilize that which you're already engaged and invested in doing, but doing it much, much more powerful, profitable, and strategically. Next, you change your distribution model, access vehicle, all the ways you reach your market, all the ways you make your product or service available, all the partners you could do it with. The next is change your product or services already talked about that. Next is change your ideology, your belief system. You believe J. Ram is full of beans and everything I'm saying makes no sense and you couldn't do it. And this isn't what you want. You want basically a no effort, no investment in your underwear, a theoretical way to make a million dollars without really trying. And you're right. It's not who I'm talking to. You start believing this and your competitors don't even come close to comprehending the game you're playing. You have great advantage.

1:49:18Change your process, proceed your systems. You change. It's this very interesting and I won't get into it deeply. But I was one of my clients was the Deming Organization. He was the founder of optimization, highest best use theory, process improvement. And he went to Japan in the 70s, I think 60s or 70s and turned really crappy manufacturers into the Toyota Sony's. And he realized that if 100 people were on a production line doing the same thing, they weren't within that same macro activity, there were 10 others. There was throughput, how fast they get products through. There was downtime for problems. There was a preventative maintenance time, which could be slow or long. There was a very variance in the tolerance of the product. There was scrap. And he would find people who were better at each of those and figure out what they did differently. And he would get everybody 10% better at here and 5% better here and 20% better there. Because it would make him 400% better performance. You can do the very same thing when you break all the processes, procedures and systems you use, whether it's selling process, lead generating process, conversion process, follow up process, remoditization process, all kinds of things next. So this is just to emphasize the things I just

1:50:43said, the power part on and that. And the last, if you, this is a militaristic concept, but it underscores what I just said, if you and I were at war with each other and I wanted to just decimate and destroy you, I would do many things concurrently. First thing I'd probably do would be destroy and knock out your infrastructure, your airports, rail, road, shipping. Then I do your communication, your radio, TV, Wi-Fi, whatever else, telecommunications. Then I would basically probably do service to air missile. Then I'd probably do bombs. Then I'd probably do attack drones. Then I'd probably do tanks, snipers. Then if I had to, min for tree, but I would destroy you because I would envelop you from every vantage point. That's sort of a metaphor not to destroy, but to run rings around the competition, you have to think differently than the competition next. So this is just another category which is social media. Most people do one, but they don't do all. If you talk to people, say, yeah, I do it all on Facebook. There's so many people I've talked to that are making significant profits on YouTube, and yet most people don't even try YouTube. I work with lots of dentists in an aggregated group because they can't afford me singularly.

1:52:02When we look at what they do, they don't even use most of the tools that an online marketer would use. It's just because nobody ever gets, shows them this point. But if you just do one, and again, I just showed you 10, 10, 10, what if you added all the others and they were just 10% more effective, but they were profit centers and they overlapped and the combination geometrically exploded. It's just one thing. Always think 10, 10, 10, but think that some of these are 10, 10, because there's a lot more leverage you could pull next. So I don't have a lot of time to get in this, but I have a category called power pivoting. And these are a form of levers, but you can make very small shifts to the right of the left, 30, 180 degrees in thinking action, transaction, and explode performance. You can do a business model. We don't go back. I'm doing a good question. Read them because I think it's important because I'm going to stop in a minute or two or three. Business and do a little introduction. Business model pivot, product service pivot, R&D. R&D is not what you think it can be, but it's researching and developing new products, new markets, new marketing, new value propositions, new ways to enhance productivity, performance,

1:53:24probably just so many things you can research and develop experimentally, and nobody does most of it. And yet pharmaceutical companies spend 20% of their whole revenue trying to come up with breakthroughs technology companies spend huge amounts trying to come up with breakthroughs, most small, medium entrepreneurs spend no amounts. What's wrong with this picture? For is a supply chain pivot. And you can, you know, we've got new vendors who wanted our business and one of my clients to put up the money for a sales force or advertising on Facebook or direct mail or all kinds of different things that we weren't doing. And we'd said any business coming from that will give you all the vendor patronage. But there's all kinds of ways you can use supply suppliers for intelligence to introduce you to opportunities, companies in trouble that you could approach and take over, consolidate economy. And this scale could make a marginal business profitable. You can buy it just on an earn out or they have a database or they have URLs or they have IP, there's all kinds of things. A preeminence pivot means when you really elevate your stature, target market refocusing. Most people don't really know how to target the most

1:54:41viable desirable segment of a market and who's got access to it that they can partner with next. A positioning pivot, most people have a very, very under impressive positioning. And just by really refining your unique selling proposition, your value prop, the way that you are able to communicate the significant benefit advantage and impact your company product service makes in the lives of the intended audience. You can double or each one of these is so much big leverage. Marketing pivot, branding messaging pivot, SEO. We have the number one SEO expert, he's a colleague of ours, we did a clinic a couple of months ago and he was able to show people 50 different levers in no cost SEO that most people didn't even know of. He gave them all the apps to go to, he showed them how to do it. I mean, this is just one application. The thing that I want to do is not overwhelm you. I want to excite you because I do not ever in my own work with clients nor with what I'd want you to do ever suggest that you even begin to use all of these. But there's always going to be three, six that are so screaming applicable. If you're doing none of them, that alone could double or redouble your bottom line performance. And I'm a

1:56:06stickler about why go for just top line. If you can get bottom line explosions, much easier or safer and they don't require all the intensity and overhead that going just top line does, most people don't think about it because their limited thinking and belief system is predicated on the fact that literally they only have a correlation that if they do a million dollars, they make a hundred so if they want to make a million, they got to do 10. They don't say, well, what if I could make that million dollars make me 300,000 instead, I would only have to do three million, but they don't see those possibilities. By the way, I think I may come, but it may not. But if I missed this, one of the keys to what I'm all about is challenging assumptions and challenging belief systems and challenging your worldview and challenging your current reality because most people base everything on limited beliefs. There's only one way to do this. I can't do more things. I have to follow the herd. I can never be more than a local or a small business. I can't compete. I can't buy anything else. I can't buy another business. I don't have any money. I can't grow. I can't get the resources. I can't get into top experts. I can't

1:57:34have that master marketing. I can't ever sell my business for a lot of money. That's anything but true when you learn this. Social media pivot, competitive intelligence, this is really interesting. All this is relevant. I got so much of this. It's almost sad, but I want to get you excited about possibility. When we work with a private client, I've got a hundred, excuse me, 200 plus questionnaire I make them try to answer. The word try is because they can't answer more than about half. If that and one of the categories they're really weak on is tell me everything about your direct and indirect competitor. How do they market? What's their proposition? What do people think about? What's their strength over you? What's the weakness over you? How do you compare in all these categories? What are the alternative means? Nobody knows that. How can you win a game if you don't even know anything about the competitor you're facing? That's really hilarious and how to counter program next. Lead generating pivot, partnering joint venture pivot, lifetime value expansion pivot. Next. There's a strategy pivot if you didn't get that one. Yeah. Strategy pivot. I'm going to stop for a few minutes and if you want to leave now,

1:58:56it's fine. I'm going to tell you what we have to offer. Then I'm going to get back into the rest of this module. Then I'm going to get into power partnering and I'm going to get into other stuff. Then I'm going to give you at least an introduction to how to recession-proof your business. But let me tell you what we are doing here and the reason that I'm investing my intellectual capital and my time and knowledge in you right now. I'm sure that the majority of you won't avail yourself of it. I hope that you are not observers sitting in the bleachers watching the game and that all of you are wanting to play on the field and not just be red shirts sitting on the bench hoping you'll get in. If you're a serious player, then you're going to like what I said. If you're whatever the opposite of serious and unserious person, you're going to be bored and say, I wish you'd hurry up. I want to get my value out of this. But I'm going to tell you what we have to offer and then I'm going to continue with the process. I'm doing something I don't do pitches. I don't do sales. I spend my time working with clients, but I had them build something out. Next time I do it, I don't think I want it to be black because it's a little bit difficult to read. But I'm going to go through

2:00:19the actual form and just tell you what we have created and why I have done it and what it is and how you can avail yourself. And then I'm going to get right back to not wrapping up and trying to just make it super visual. I'm going to give you more goodies. But I ask you as a respectful indulgence, I'm investing really an incalculable amount of my expertise. I hope you would invest at least 10 minutes of your time not leaving right now and paying keen attention and reflecting on whatever value this might or might not have and not just run and get on your computer or your Facebook or your Instagram or your email. But you are certainly welcome to do whatever you want. So I'm calling this swinging for the fences, mastering the profit explosion formula and creating more business wealth using less investment or risk. And it's all about keeping your business going and growing by learning how to put the power of asymmetric return thinking, which is edge fun outside, upside mindset to work by vastly multiplying profit performance while sharply reducing downside risk. Please move. It's a three month three phase rapid result. I call it a compression system for learning to achieve maximum results from minimum time, effort, investment and risk,

2:01:44learning to outthink, out market, out advertise, out position, out strategize, out perform and out earn the competition. It's about dramatically shifting, upgrading and positively up ending, meaning up ending in a positive word because up ending can be positive or negative. It should say positively after that because it sounds wrong. Your business worldview and what you can do once you have it out. You can take much greater advantage of the opportunities challenging, incorrect, false business beliefs, assumptions, perceptions and limited possibility thinking, replacing limited aspiration, business bucket list with one far higher and more audacious, adopting funnel vision, set a tunnel vision always working, learning to always work on the geometry of business, learning how to borrow from billions. I show you how to take things that all you can learn so much by modeling things on some of these platforms that most people never shown you how to capitalize and adapt and adopt or borrow or model for millions. I have both methodologies. We'll show you an introduction if I have time after we're done with this next. Teaching you how to produce profit increases that should never be less than 25 and they can be

2:03:01as high as 500. I've done 50,000 but I've learned not to over hype expectations and if you only got a 20 if you're real business, if you're not a real business, 25%, you can't multiply zeros and I'm not really talking to you. You're very welcome to get your mind expanded. If you're a startup, pre-start up or a little just a play acting at it. But if you're a serious business, 25, 150% profit increase for no more investment or risk should be significant, particularly good compounds and grows and if you take what I'm teaching you or what we teach you in this and know that there's going to be 90 categories in the first model, 43 categories in the second model and about 60 and the third and all you need to do is pick the three or four in each one that most easily, significantly and rapidly affect you and it'll explode what you're doing and it's not an idle promise. It is an infallible truth if you do anything with it but how you execute is up to you. I'm going to turn you into, oh, you'll learn how to perform and grow no matter the economic condition of the market. You're going to become an exponential entrepreneur. You're going to learn to transfer your marketing acuity so you go from if you're green or you're going to become a green beret. If you're green beret, you're going to become

2:04:24the top person in special forces. You're going to become a master at power partnering and there's no size business that can't collaborate, plug into other people that have access to what you want or the market you want at some level and I've got more stories that I can tell you and have time. I'm going to make you successful prosperous, significant and secure. I don't know about you but I like the last part a lot. Secure predictable revenue, predictable future, recession proof your business become economically resistant to threats, dangers, negative remedy effects of the down economy. Next. Phase one, it's the profit explosion formula which I've just lightly gotten into but we've got deep explanation of 30 of these modules. We have 13 two-hour modules that go into the 30 that I have started introducing. Then we have a four-hour module that goes into the 60 that I added later so you've got 90 different ways to do it knowing you're not going to do 90 or 60 or 30 and if you go I just want the one way I can tell you a way and it would excite you just like people that teach a tactic excite you but if it's not the right way for you and you apply it it's going to be suboptimal. I want you to be able to have the latitude the ability to find the right combinations

2:05:50that uniquely propel your business above and beyond your maddening crowd of competitors. Next. Phase two is JV mask and you haven't even gotten into it but I've done I had when I was younger Tony Robbins and I were about parity I was really into seminars at that time not at all now but I did $250 million of seminars a very expensive seminars 15 $25,000 a low one was five 30 years ago and we sold 400 and that $400 piece and $1,000 books and $2,500 book collections all by generating strategic alliances joint ventures co-branding partnering deals that cost me nothing except for a share of the results and I have 43 ways you can do it but I also have a multitude of ways to do what I call the unlimited business checkbook which is not necessarily just revenue it's any resource you would want if you wanted experts but you can't afford consultants we know how to do it if you can't afford to get marketing we know how to do it if you need a new offices we know how to do if you need a sales force we know how to do things like that. Mediocrity million is a manual it's a deal maker comprehensive playbook it's got examples it's got actual scripts on how to structure deals it's pretty cool next. Phase three is recession proving

2:07:22your business it teaches trains you on taking market share away from competitors when they're starting to pull back attracting buyers in a downward market answers the top 50 questions the most critical to solve in a downward market you get checklists on how to prepare what to do different scenarios the response the proactive response how to move fixed cost expense to purely variables so you never have any risk unless it performs and produces and you get results deep dives into strategy skill coming marketplace I believe right now that one of the big emerging triple threats I like threes the triple threats in the market right now I'm bibiline apprehension in attentiveness people when they were home bound and locked in they were more attentive because they had no choice now everybody in the brother offers the same superficial promise and in a lot of the advertising they see and it's become they become jaded and and really they don't believe it anymore so they're ambivalent but now there's uncertainty about the market and if you sell anything that's a non-essential you need a really different strategy to know how to break through the the barrier and get through the deflectors that I have them membership in a brand

2:08:45new service we're starting which is called recessions process improve your business interview I'm going to start probably next month interviewing prominent not not superficial but prominent diverse spectrum of experts who have lived through recessions who have the range and depth of insight insight foresight hindsight to put together to interpret probability and outcome and come up depending on their skillset with strategies and insights and actions and proactive not defensive but offensive ways to capitalize and we're going to put this out at a reasonable frequency I'm going to do it because I think it'll be fascinating but you'll get paid membership you know at least for a reasonable period as a bonus on this next so if you're enrolling swinging for the fences now this is the incentive to get these it's so funny I I've never been very good at selling from the podium because that's what I do I'm I'm a high-level masterful thinking partner but I think I can put enough passion and authenticity into this that hopefully you know it's real and it can really help so you get three proprietary money-making business resources I want to give you right away by the way unlike most people I am not going to disseminate the three the three modules at the same time

2:10:20it's important enough to me to make sure you really you respect the impact and the importance of what you're going to get so we are going to release the first module in August the second module in September and the third module in October and you will be given access because I want you not just to power through and go to the next and the next and here's why there is research that shows that if anybody that goes to any kind of a learning experience whether it's a seminar conference online program live program home study program book consultant comes in tape I mean digital recording if it's linear meaning if it's a very normal type of a of a traditionally structured dissemination you know just a regular lecture or regular seminar with power points etc you're going to only retain 9% but if it's something very very non-linear like mine would be which is challenging for the most positive way and stretching and shifting and twisting and turning your mental model your paradigm your mind is going to trip out and you're not even going to remember 9% you're going to remember 5% at most so I have a mandate if you're going to invest in me you're going to invest to get the maximum outcome again every module might have

2:12:0260 different options but you're only looking for the three or four that are the most applicable to immediate application for you and you can always keep adding over the rest of your business life but I want you to repeat rinse and repeat I don't want you to power through it superficially I do not believe in flash searing I believe that the greatest way to master something and internalize and go from intellectual entertainment to transactional application is by crock cooking making it real for you so we will not put it out fast because that's a disservice to you because I know human nature so but if you respond right away to this offer I'm going to give you three bonuses you'll get right away I don't know because I decided on this last night so you may not get it for till next week but bonus one is a program I did called do something different it was really cool it's audio but every week for 13 weeks I challenged participants to do one thing different than they ever had done before and it's designed to open up your mindset things like if you have a regimen you wake up in the morning you go to the bathroom then you take a shower then you go down and turn on the coffee then you read the paper then if you work somewhere you get dressed and go to work

2:13:22if you work at home you sort of get dressed and do whatever you're doing I want you to change your protocol I still want you to go to the bathroom because I don't want you to have a problem there but I want you to if you normally shower for a shower later if you normally make coffee first make it later if you normally go to work down the highway go down the side streets because I want you to be able to learn to look at life different my strength comes from the fact that I've learned to look at all kinds of facets of business life different and I'm trying to instill in you the ability to have a mindset akin to mine so do something different it's 13 different week week long exercises that just make you shift your mental model your paradigm open up possibilities of looking at things you take for granted in totally different ways next bonus two is called creativity switch it's a really fun little course we did it's audio also it teaches you how to turn on and then turn up your innovative creative thinking and I did it with a person who was the the it was pretty cool he he was the producing writer for at the time the very best in the most successful comedy that was on I think it was NBC back when it was really at

2:14:44its peak and the guy went on to write movies but he and I collaborated on this and it's really fun but it's designed to show you how to go deep and and access turn on and then turn up your creative innovative ability to create new combinations new possibilities new spin shifts the next is called how to get from where you are to where you want to be and the dollar denomination there is sounds ludicrous but let me tell you what it is I created one time an experiment but this but you're experiencing here this I may never do this one again if nobody responds I definitely want to it again the I was asked one time to simulate what it would be like if you spent six weeks doing private consults with me two two a week 90 minutes each and so I went into the studio and I went through a pragmatic very organized way of doing it I did it in concert with Tony Robbins audio editor so it was very very sinewy and very to the point and it came out great we didn't do anything with I do a lot of things I'll offer one time like this just to force myself to codify my thinking and it's just been sitting which is almost sad and so we're going to use it just for this I really do I don't do a lot of short-term consulting most of my private engagements are

2:16:11three to five years and I get profit participation but we do charge 18 5 for two hours if you wanted to do that and if you take that and fractionalize it it really is a hundred and sixty six thousand dollars now am I suggesting it's really worth that probably not but is it worth a heck of a lot more audit zone that I'm going to ask you in about three minutes for the total participation unquestionably next okay so swinging for the fences three mod three phase rapid results compression system you get all these things I just told you what they are not going to go through it next keep going slowly going I might be pick up on something I said 13 two-hour modules 30 key categories oh I forgot about Brian and and Scott and they may not be on there they may not these are already created and they're quite powerful because I you know each one of these we originally were paid about 15,000 each to do and and and they're they're really cool but I have a team you'll meet them at the end of this Scott and Brian and every Monday they do live programs that they work on accelerating and activating people's ability to apply different elements from the various training programs that I do offer and then once a month you will have access to

2:17:42me live where I will do problem solving opportunity mining course correcting share breakthrough insights you know people will share what they did how it did if it's doing great I'll expand it if they miss executes I'm usually I'm no nonsense but I'm pretty compassionate in nicely helping people see you know how an execution maybe got off trajectory or an assumption was wrong and I do that once a month for the three months live and then Scott and Brian for the duration of the three months every Monday unless it's a holiday maybe on holidays they do it too they're there for you to work through issues next let's go ahead I mean so I don't want to go through all the things they can see if they go online so here's the deal and the total value I mean it's I was the one to calculate before anybody else did it we were doing value calculation and discounting back in I won't age myself but everyone learned it from me so I mean it's real value but it doesn't really matter the point is not what it's worth it's what is it going to produce for you if you integrate and apply it if you apply the exponential entrepreneur thinking if you learn to be masterful at power partnering and JV mastery and setting up endorsements and co-branding

2:19:05and and systematic referral relationships and we have 125 ways to do referrals as I said and definitely if you did none of that what's it going to be worth if you mastered the 61 categories for and again you're not going to do 61 but you're going to need some of them for recession proving your business and turning the worst economy into the best opportunity for you I can't tell you but at the end of this I'm going to help you try to calculate an impact analysis but it's probably worth much more than that and if that one is worth 166 whoever on my team does the math needs to go back to school because it could probably be off the charts but it's worth it's worth an infinite amount or it's worth nothing and you alone are the denominator of that decision and that conclusion because I can't I can't know what you're going to do somebody wrote and I was reading it they said well what's the guarantee and they said the same as a doctor a lawyer would give you they'll tell you what to do to have greater health or greater greater outcome but if you don't do it it's sort of your prerogative I'm not the one that is that is harness my life to the business you are I'm not the one that wants to give me all the the satisfaction and financial and and and wealth creation that it can you are but

2:20:31I'm trying very ardently to be the one person that understands how to integrate that at levels I don't believe honestly many I won't say any of the other people do and I don't think the people you saw at the beginning if you were on at the beginning and if you weren't you missed a montage of about 10 or 15 relatively well respected experts icons who all had very very very gratifying things to say about me and about the way that I have learned to teach them to think differently and thus to grow their business success in ways their competitors couldn't okay next so today if you want to do it it's a discounted price of five grand single pay or you can do it on monthly because I don't mind you know allowing you to have it be very painless but I do say if you enroll you know don't let me down I hate when people make I'm not I used to be a large company I'm more focused on being boutique we don't want to be your banker we don't be a collection agency but we're very happy to help you because this knowledge can transform your business if you want to save a thousand dollars over the price that's then you get a discount if you don't you can make payments and continue that's you can read that when you go online next just says basically that it's absolute

2:22:01results certain it's success proven but what you do with it is totally up to you I know these methods will work in any combination I'm not going to ever recommend you try to chew more than you can bite off or vice versa but I'm going to say that you don't need very many if you're using or doing or understanding or applying very few or none and I'm just telling you everyone I've shared and I'm going to share from now on this is today I've worked and I've got more success stories that are well documented you know we got you know Jesus that you know the co-CEO of Keller Williams a co-founder of Vettel Express planted fitness I mean just we have the success stories of people that took one or two of these concepts of mine applied the minute was explosive what you do with it is up to you anything else let's see that's it Jay you know what you should have if you if you are at all if you have quality questions but if they're not I mean we don't want to deal with people that ask illogical I'm not trying to be disrespectful we're serious about what we do and if you're serious in the the last you know the last mile sort of you want a couple of clarifications you can talk to Rob Calasante and we'll put his his contacts in and just for Q&A Brian and Scott

2:23:35will stay on for 20 or 30 minutes when I finish as long as I get done in a timely way to answer and if you got meaningful questions that are relevant and and logical and not you know silly or are inappropriate we are so willing but we also don't have the the the interest in dealing with people who really shouldn't be doing this it's not a this is an experiment for me I do these when I have breakthroughs that I want to work through and force myself to think them through because I basically use them for my clients you could be a very well rewarded beneficiary if you want or not and let's put put Rob's on the chat did you do that or however we do it it's it's on there a solid link is is our vice president of profit partnerships if you're large enough he would love to talk to you about private but if you want to ask questions you could ask questions at the end of this of Brian and Scott but if you want to go deeper you can talk to Rob but don't waste our time or yours if you're not appropriate please I I heartfelt ask that for everyone's benefit let's get back to sharing information we'll give you four minutes I'm going to run and get my water okay and you all I'm going to start though in four minutes so if you're back great and I'm doing

2:24:59that trying to be difficult I have a lot of ground to cover I want to gift I I have been charged it's funny we used to do platform experiments and when I had to sell things I never sold them well because I gave too much content away and they go I didn't do much content and I always said well if I have to default on contributing too much or teasing too much I would always rather be guilty of the latter because it I sleep better so I have to give you a lot more before I you know before I sleep I got miles to go before I sleep I don't remember where that's from it's famous it's a fan who wrote that do you remember that poem miles to go before I sleep doesn't matter somebody will put it in the in the in the in the in chat I'll be right back in four minutes and I will start all right so we're going to entertain you while you're getting your snacks your waters we have a little something to share with you but make sure you get your snacks your waters and we will be right back with you and it's the road less taken by Robert Ross so thank you for everyone in the chat we always appreciate you adding value and your presence makes this worth it all right if we could roll on to our next thing my name is John Benson this is Damon John hey I'm

2:26:31Molly Mahoney this is Ryan Levech. Perry Marshall and I would advise Alex Jeffries here if my name is Rich Sheffrin and let us adjust this so you can watch along with us hold on a second my name is John Benson and this is Damon John hey I'm Molly Mahoney this is Ryan Levech Perry Marshall and I would advise Alex Jeffries here if my name is Rich Sheffrin hi my name is Ramit Stating. Kim Willisville. Joe Fear and I'm Matt Wolf. I'm at Rizvi it's powered my growth and it's allowed me to help as many people as I've helped. The multiple millions in sales and even cooler than that is the lives that we've actually been able to change. All of my metrics went through the roof. I probably wouldn't be here without my mentor Jay Abraham. The experts expert. Like so who is the kind of the real deal on steroids. Lifetime value, joint ventures, education based marketing, relationship capital, strategy of preeminence. The strategy of preeminence. Preeminence. Preeminence. I am the creator of the VSL so it was naturally conducive to me to leverage preeminence. It's the philosophy that I've lived my entire life. It's made me millions upon millions of dollars. To me it really is the value of the respect that I've gained in the industry. The street cred that you need so that you can go

2:28:20want to do other things for money. It not only allowed me to build a large following there but also I noticed that I was followed by other people like Russell Brunson, Shailene Johnson. Relational capital, relational capital. Jay's theory of relational capital is incredible. Relational capital is like the heart of everything Matt and I have done in our business. The stuff is so foundational. It's so critical to building a successful business. Exactly what I used to hit like several big business in the first like six, eight months. Using relational capital we currently manage around 54 million dollars of marketing budget every single year. All of these are so critical online but they were developed by Jay decades ago. He's the one who came up with him. Pay attention to every word this man says he will change your life. There's one thing you need to know about Jay Abraham and that is you're likely about to experience an epiphany. Jay is a legend. The majority of the information is stemmed from Jay himself. He has stories to back it up. Jay has made a massive impact not only on my life but the lives of every single marketer that I've ever met. When you hear Jay speak drop everything and listen. The gentleman that has inspired and taught most

2:29:39of the people whose books you've bought, whose courses you've gone through, whose programs you've joined. He's just a wealth of knowledge that you cannot find from any single person on this planet. Jay you have done the work my man. It's clocked and broke. Us putting together this video and talk about our experiences in our relationship with Jay is the very least we could do to reward and thank him. Jay Abraham, a marketing legend. It's hard to quantify how much I have been held by Jay Abraham. In fact I think of him as a second father. I'm here. When the teammates strategic profits asked us if we would help them do this this really quick video. You know I said I said yeah we only had 10 days to get it done and I said I'll do it at cost actually because Jay is that big of a legend. Absolutely and people are so excited to say yes and share how Jay has impacted their lives and I knew I had learned a lot from Jay but what I realized while we were making this video was nearly everything that I know about how to market and build a successful business started with Jay Abraham. What's kind of a cool marketing trick to get people to open the email and click. Jay looked at us and he said you got it all wrong. You all got into this business because you care like you

2:30:58have a passion you want to help people and here you are sitting around the table all thinking how to trick your audience. Getting it all wrong. You got to love your audience more. Don't trick them because I'm with balling going like oh my god you remind me where I got into this business. I am here Brian. Welcome back everyone and welcome back Jay. So Jay helped me be your guide. I mean there is a lot going on here. There's a lot to apply and I've seen a few of the comments here in the chat that are saying I see how this can really transform my business and this is only the beginning. We have so many more strategies to go over. I would wish that we had the entire day just to go over the beyond exponential. But would you like to do a little bit of kind of like a rapid. Yeah let's just do this. I'll tell you what we'll do. Okay yeah let's just let's go through just the titles of beyond exponential so they see all the rest of the depth that is there and possible for them. And again there's there's three categories of people and I don't know I'm not paying attention to people that might have left because they self remove which is fine but there's either people that are never going to do anything there are people that will do certain things themselves and there are people that will seek out

2:32:32our collaboration. We want to help the latter too. We hope the firm former would not have even stayed on because it's not a market we wish to sell to. We don't want to make money for people that aren't going to use it but but let me just go through so people can see the depth and breadth of impact available to you if you understand this. So let's go through that real quick and then I'll go real quick into the 43 elements of power partnering because I want them to understand that and just the outer peripheral explanation of taking of using the unlimited business check because it's so powerful and then I'll get into some of the some of the really cool elements of recession proofing and then we'll do a real quick impact analysis so people can realize the profound implication of applying a few of these just a few and then we can do a quick review and then they can ask you and Scott or they can go and talk to Rob who's probably available if they're interested if they're uninterested they can go back to their incremental and more linear approaches and I will have done my part to try to impact them. So let's quickly power through at least the topics. Okay so we've explored and understood all the different ways that performance has gaps and you

2:34:14can get your performance to produce a lot more. I'm going to go through fast. Go ahead. This is I mean I'm not going to yield gaps. So I think performance is top line and yield is the bottom and we've analyzed the different ways to the different ways to dramatically stimulate and generate a lot more of both with a lot less risk effort and usually the same or less and this mean if I had time I could go into all these but I just want you to understand that these are areas we focus on for you or I do it for clients. I already talked about maximizing multiply understanding it is different than walking you through it in interactive sequence so it's that and you know we can go through that next. So it's interesting because I am paid to see things others don't to understand things to others don't to see opportunities to see basically find hidden assets overlooked opportunities profit opportunities under performing revenue activities under under recognized correlations implications relationships that can be explosive and I've already but I mean in the midst of the worst part of COVID I figured out five windows of opportunity that my clients were able to capitalize on we bought businesses we got media to do all kinds of things

2:35:42for us on pure performance we got extended terms from people we were able to buy certain things at discounts and and we were being fair and and equidual to everybody but I'm seeing and starting to identify so far I have 10 different windows of opportunity I'm seeing emerging as the economy gets a bit more or a lot more dicey and I try to share what they are and then I try to explain how to capitalize on them next. This is one of this is close to my heart I believe a lot of people don't realize they are being denied access and access has many dimensions access to people's trust response optionality choice meaning as I said the the problem or opportunity you address may be singular but there's all these alternatives and I don't think you realize what you're being denied when you don't achieve the results either you want or that are possible that you don't even know are capable you're capable of and we've developed a whole thesis on this and I've identified a broad spectrum of areas that you are being denied access and it applies you know their people's attention their interest their trust their awareness willingness to engage people on a purchase and I've formulated counter counter approaches to overcome mitigate or minimize or eliminate all those and then translate them to

2:37:11things like your sales beer from your ads your your the landing page your your your follow up and and they're pretty powerful next so I I believe there's two kinds of t thinkers the majority of linear minded entrepreneurs not exponential or 2d thinkers they just think in terms of of revenue minus cost equal profit an exponential entrepreneur thinks like a private equity firm would they think in terms of yield what are they going to get from that investment in that buyer not one time but over forever and what's the return on that investment could be and by the way you should never invest a penny of money and a minute of opportunity cost unless you have a context and a concept of what that investment is going to return to you what kind of an ROI or dividend because there are many businesses very tragically that you're not even getting a return equal to you what you could normally get not right now because the markets suck but in a typical market if you're not getting a far far above market return on the capital and the effort you're investing in that business you probably ought to close it down and either get into one that's got a much higher ROI dividend potential and also asset value that you're building or put all your resources into somebody that'll

2:38:41manage it for you and you should really look at it with a no nonsense people used to come to my seminars and they would ask me how to take what I'm teaching and applied to a very limited growth area and I would be very heartfelt but I'd say you know I could tell you that but I'm going to give you a piece of advice you're not going to like when you're not being that business because it's limited where it's going to get you and it's going to it will work to use my methods but if you put it as methods behind anything else that had more upside more repeat residual more asset value you would get a return that might be 10 times that so a 3d thinker thinks in terms of yield not just the static transaction next and we teach how to be that and look at everything this was one of the first books that I created during the last recession and it it looked at how most people are stuck and don't know how to get unstuck and it also challenged successful companies that you could be actually successfully stuck and not know it accepting a very good return good income from what you're doing good response but not know how much more is possible from the ads the sales the buyers the prospects the brand the position the relationships and these are just we are not going

2:40:02to get into we teach you how to get how to get unstuck not losing out to the competition how to stop being stuck not selling enough how to stop having erratic business volume how to not be tactical we teach you how to stop being stuck if your costs are eating up your profits how to not keep running things that are not working anymore and how to see the alternatives how to not be stuck being marginalized by the marketplace and gain stature and distinction differentiation how to not be stuck doing mediocre marketing and learn how to do masterful and world-class marketing that works not beautiful marketing but impactful marketing and not being stuck trying to be an island because it makes no sense next so i'm not going to even get into this but we'll show you that they exist i've identified the 20 most universal marketing mistakes people make and by the way stop one second brand is the analogy i use of these is think of an airplane taking off to go to somewhere else from i'm in los angeles going from los angeles to new york i'm not a pilot so the analogy i'm going to use maybe not as accurate but let's assume when it takes off they have a little bit of trouble getting the flaps all the way down but they're safe to fly i don't know if that's possible let's

2:41:28hope it is for my analogy so it's going to take them a lot longer to get to their destination it's going to be a lot more uncomfortable they're going to have to keep course correcting it's going to burn a lot more fuel and it's going to be a lot less pleasant the moment they figure how to get the flaps down it's going to go faster straighter it's going to be more economical be a much more pleasant they're going to get there faster and that's the metaphor that i have for marketing mistakes the moment you stop making them if you don't do anything else you're going to increase results because it's sort of there's an ad that they show somebody driving down the street with this great big anchor stuck in the asphalt pull in the thing and that's sort of what a lot of marketing are doing they're they may be performing but they're they're they're they're dragging you down at such a level you don't even know the moment you you cut the the chain of the anchor you start going faster higher easier much much safer okay next you just go through and you just see that i have them i'm not going to get into them i want you to know that they exist and they're very powerful and i go very deep on all of them so this is very profound it's appropriated from a client of mine who said that

2:42:38you're either a multiplier or a diminisher in business internal and external you're either making your market better off you're adding value they see it they desire it you're marketing you're selling your your your value creation is so profound you're making your team better you exist to not suck oxygen out of commerce but to add your your your your like the tree that's put in oxygen back in and and you're not like people that are just trying to capitalize on unsuspecting market and be opportunistic and there's a whole legion of perspectives on this and when you understand it and you start living at everything you do elevates and the impact that you have internally and externally to your market to your team members transform so move on to the next one but there's tons of stuff we have on all this it's good to see it because i take now this is i'm going to stop and describe this because this is very important i created this many years ago and i keep evolving it because i think there's 12 pillars of strategic business growth that you want to live your daily weekly monthly forever business life by here's what they are number one continuously identifying and discovering hidden assets and overlooked opportunities

2:44:01i would say inside and outside your business that cost nothing in terms of economic no no investment no risk but they could be massive massive yield for you you want it number two mind cash win falls each and every month of your business and you'll see lots of them when you understand everything you're not doing everything you're not taking advantage of everything you're leaving on the table every buyer you're not selling more things to every transaction you're not packaging every prospect you're not converting or figuring a way to monetize later on every relationship you're not getting the most out of next brian number three engineering success into every action you take or decision you make now this seems axiomatic i mean geez is i mean i'm going to engineer failure into it you would think but when i analyze performance decisions and everything you do in your life there's about a three percent act of god factor meaning three percent of the things that happen in our life our business our our relationships are acts of god we have no control over uh kobe we had no control over well maybe we did though we didn't know it but everything else is a function of decisions we make or don't make of of assumptions we we verify or don't verify of

2:45:26actions we take or don't take of of efforts we make or don't make of rule of principles laws and and all kinds of dynamics that we either capitalize on or we let rip saw and and and and just basically devastate us and when you realize you have so much more control you have to question decisions you make and actions you take because i will not try to offend you or insult you but the vast majority put they don't put success into everything you do because they don't have enough of a worldview of experiential understanding to question the logic of what they're doing and the decisions they're making and and and how they're implementing acting applying it it's changing that alone is huge for is building your business on multiple profit sources this is very similar to the power parthenon but it's taken to another level it's not just revenue sources it's other product service offers that you take to your market that you take to other markets that you bring into your market it gets really fascinating five is being different special advantageous preeminent in the eyes of your clients and this is something you might say oh we're unique we and i'll say well what is it you go all quality dependability service and that doesn't

2:46:49mean squat it's if your market doesn't see i mean if you're not getting the business you want they don't see the advantage you have they don't see the advantage you have it's not their apologize and if you don't know how to telegraph it just shifting that and incorporating that into all your your all the impact or the or the the um the touch points will transform everything creating real value you have to know what value means to the other side i've done six hours on this before where i explain how to understand the definitions of value and this goes to one of my concepts called the mind of the market the amazon.com school of business and it takes about three hours to really get into it but it teaches you how to learn more than anyone else an accurate insight to exactly what your market wants doesn't want how they see it how they even verbalize it being able to play back to them that you understand it at a level of clarity and certainty and capability to deliver that nobody else does. Number seven getting maximum personal leverage from everything you do people don't have any time i have a session i was going to do for this but we don't time for it it teaches you how you have so much more time than you imagine it's just how you use your time

2:48:04and highest and best use theory says you don't waste time on what uh peri marshal calls barnacle things that just consume you but don't really give you the high yield and you want to move yourself to strategic time to what he calls renaissance time where you're working on the things that are worth 10,000 a hundred thousand dollars an hour because they're breakthrough thinking and we show you how to do that and we show you we prove that doing it maybe you're not maybe at your level of current success or operation you're not going to come up with that level of breakthroughs but we show you how anybody at any size scope of of on the business continuum can use it to really multiply dramatically how you utilize optimize monetize capitalize on your time in ways you're not allowing yourself this networking master mining brainstorm we show you how to plug in to intelligence universal intelligence how to get the benefit of of all kinds of perspectives how to how to you know how to be part of groups that don't cost you anything how to create your own masterminds all kinds of things like that and advisory groups and referral groups all kinds of things turning you into an idea generator and recognize innovator within your industry a value

2:49:25creator at the highest magnitude and show you how to turn on and up that creative side because that's where your breakthroughs come from making growth thinking a natural part of every day you're going to look at everything you do and say am I growing is this growing or and you're going to learn to create methodology to hold yourself more accountable in your business reversing the risk for both you and your clients and everything you do so the downside is almost zero for them and for you so you'll try a lot more things a lot faster and you'll make it easier for them to want to have a relationship with you because you'll learn the psychology of risk and resistance and you'll learn how to how to bridge that so that it's easier to say yes than no and then we'll show you how to stop wasting opportunity costs and do safe rapid testing that produce breakthrough possibilities next relevancy rules forever finish it i've been working on a book for three years called relevancy rules and it's a double on tinder one is the rules for being relevant the other is that relevancy rules almost everything in life today as a function it flows from a font of whether you are relevant people will answer your your phone pick up your your your call

2:50:45respond promptly invite you to be part of things if you have relevancy it deals it transcends business it transcends advertising marketing selling the value proposition your personal life your life with vendors everything the more relevancy you have and it has to do not just with things like networking but the networks you create and i got into it really deep this is a little less so tarrick but i think i understand it because my partner on the book if we ever finish is the former senior strategic advisor to texas specific ripenies a really sophisticated guy and we're almost halfway through it but i i share what i've done so far uh next next next next just go through it already so yep i mean i just want to show you there's a lot of depth on this so this is what we talked about a little bit earlier it's activating absolute advantage and knowing where you're probably not doing it and you have to understand probability outcome thinking and i teach you that then we walk you through a starting basis so that you understand it you experience it you start taking on the ability to do it yourself next uh yeah it means this is axiomatic i mean certain things you'll do get far greater returns and results and uh you if you

2:52:12don't know what they are and the options you've got of doing it left is going to be x and right's going to be uh four x and 180 degrees the other way might be four x plus 10x back in and you have to choose but you can't choose if you don't know the options available optimization high s and best use theory is predicated on having a broader understanding of the choices the possibilities the options and opportunities available so you can choose the right one or combinations but if you're limited and you want you understand you're going to choose only a few choices none of which may be even close to optimal next uh this teaches you critical consequential socratic thinking and i think that's critical to high performance and i get into it deeply but i'm not going to get into it right now but i want it that's a whole segment we teach testing is the key to everything when i got started in direct response when i was i think 25 and i'm not 25 now they taught me that you don't have the right to tell the market anything you have the responsibility to ask the market you can ask them if this offer is a more appealing than another one if this price is more appealing if this proposition is more appealing if this media is more appealing and you can make the market

2:53:28will tell you we did we had a friend who started with a hundred dollars little true story in his in his college dorm and he learned testing and experimentation and he parlayed it into a billion dollars a billion with me for no external investment no bank financing all by doing tests and when the test worked he would continue when they didn't he would read uh you know he would uh he would pivot and you don't even realize how much the market will give you you don't have to be uh psychic the market will always tell you what to do more of less of what direction but you have to know how to do it and i've tested more variables than you can imagine i worked with the number one multi variable testing agency in the world they tested billions of dollars of variability everything from how they put different things on shelves and stores different combinations of communications and what worked by itself and what didn't and what worked combination but didn't by itself and how sales approaches differed i told you about that i worked with the number one um strategic litigation consulting agency in the world which uh they had 150 PhD sociologists and psychologists and they would analyze everything from the venue the jury uh you know its precedence the judge they would look

2:54:56at uh graphically how to depict pain and suffering if they were the plaintiff how to diminish and minimize pain and suffering if they were the defendant and i learned all those kind of possibilities and i've tried to simplify the the key essence and present it into this segment next uh this is something similar and it applies to anybody that has a sales force or distributors or uh down line or licensees anywhere where there's lots of people doing the same revenue generating activity phone room uh sales people in the stores uh in the field and there's variability it's teaches you how to get every person to perform at a higher level and also figure out who might be much higher performers and special applications but aren't being utilized to full as capacity so it's pretty powerful next i worked with Deming and he was all about this optimization i told you a little bit about it in a factory but i take the knowledge that i took from that and i share it in a module and it's pretty cool next uh i'm not going to get into this deeply but i did it i mean i i i'm very very grateful to i guess my creator because i'm not a static thinker i've been exposed to so much different industries and experts that i'm always questioning and

2:56:26being stimulated and i went through a segment a couple of years ago where i realized that every human being is innately programmed in their DNA to want to be great at a bunch of things in life and yet almost none of them are great and i tried to figure out why they aren't and what it took to take somebody from mediocrity to greatness and how i could predictably do it and then i identified all the categories you should want to be great at entrepreneurship vision mission strategy leadership product service development empathy for your market value creation marketing advertising preemptive advantage of being a maven being elevated and i created the mechanism to do it we teach that in one of the modules but i'd say modules there's two references the three modules are these categories exponage exponential entrepreneur power partnering and um and recession proving within each they have submajos so and again don't get a headache get excited because once you're exposed to all this your worldview will never be the same the way you'll look at things will never be the same the the level you'll operate at understanding and commandeering above everyone else will never be the same these are the these are the quadrants but not going to get into them

2:57:42that i teach on greatness so i teach you a social intelligence and how powerful that is when you evolve and develop it and it's pretty powerful next uh this is amazingly impressive uh steven mr cubby the son of the late steven archvie who was uh a benefactor of mine a friend and a really brilliant man uh is the world expert on business on corporate trust building and he's done research to show that if you can command and and personify and and express the the 13 characteristics listed below and they they have to be understood in depth your performance will increase up to 300 percent faster um you know faster buy in uh sail cycle 300 percent faster 300 percent more sales 300 more success of your public company 300 higher uh higher stock and and it seems simplistic and it seems axiomatic and you would say oh we already do that but when you understand the depth and the levels of dimension in doing it at the top of performance and at the bottom it's a pretty big band and i go into that very deeply because it's really close to my heart next and it's by the way is for your business your salespeople you as a leader it transcends to you as a as a husband father friend lover all those things these are people that i love i mean suvishabir is the number

2:59:15one guy in six sigma salah ags bed teaches you she's met she's analyzed the way you're seen by others can have a 300 percent variation in your effectiveness roger love is how you're heard tonality inflection and how powerful of a positive or how dangerous of a negative it can be depending on how you harness it next uh this just you know i i told you the 10 10 10 10 10 these are just a few of the other soft skills we talk about just so you can see and do a reality check how many of these skills you really master how many you should be mastering and they're pretty profound pretty pretty and remember i'm not expecting you to master all these i'm expecting this understanding to blow your capability sky high these are the five ways i think you've got to be more focused in your business to create wealth current income you've got to have it locked in predictable future income predictable finding ethical windfalls all the time that you can then turn into ongoing revenue additions get if you aren't getting satisfaction fulfillment psychic enrichment you better find another business or retire or sell it or become an employee and the last is positioning it with a little more effort you can turn any business into an asset that's going to

3:00:43be worth a far cry more when you're done with it when you want to retire remove up the food chain rince and repeat it in another field but if you're not really incorporating all these things together it's a waste next uh this is so cool and i wish i had time for this i tried to analyze i love Einstein's quotes and i was really studying him and i realized that everyone thinks the guy was so brilliant just because of his iq and that was only about maybe 15 percent of what he what what gave him that great ability and i analyzed all the things that anybody can do no matter whether you have a hundred and twenty or a five hundred and twenty iq and we teach the i the mind sign i call it the mind sign effect and we go through all the things that he was that anybody can be and what it looks like because you don't understand what it looks like what it feels like what it expresses like how to acquire it you're never going to do it but we get into that next so i'm just showing you this is just a so i have lots of his quotes because i want you to see because his quotes were so insightful so i believe any business should be much better than you can possibly imagine next some cost marketing this is looking at everything you've already

3:02:10expended opportunity cost or money in leads that don't convert ads that you no longer use sales approaches that you only use in one market that you could license other places methodology processes systems and and and process systems procedures like the car wash that you could license out ways you could license other people's distributions and and and markets you sell to or you sell through that you could be putting other people's products or services through and we look at all the opportunities next this is a man that makes you look at your business like a private equity would and he shows you all the ways to make a business perform better with no more investment or risk and then be positioned to sell for a huge multiple and these are just some of the things we cover and i'm not going to get into any of them but they're pretty phenomenal if you really have a business if you don't they would be a turnoff if you're just a one product and one tactic promoter of not being demeaning it's just clinical it wouldn't be of any consequence to you unless you want to change your strategy this is teaching you how to not be a proprietor but be an entrepreneur and the difference is a proprietor just tries to siphon opportunistic

3:03:31revenue out of a market an entrepreneur is consciously strategically and meaningfully focused on creating tremendous experiential value and incomparable dynamic in interactions that produce highly repetitive transactions and highly significant referrals and we teach how to do that next this is i actually hit on this in one of the one of the other previous slides but this is powerful so the 10 10x moonshot alternative is actually a concept there are many people i'm not going to name names because they're really profoundly respected but they teach you the 10x moonshot and when they teach it to you it's usually predicated on using technology you know VR AI the other bees i can't remember what the other are to do really profound new initiatives but what they don't tell you is first of all in order to do it you got to find the right experts that have never worked together usually in your industry you have to have the right APIs it's going to be something that's going to cost more take longer like building a custom house and usually the first time it's seemingly ready it doesn't perform well all along you're going to have to keep your other operation going and you're going to have to pay for all this

3:04:5410x revenue moonshot either out of cash flow borrowing or diluting by taking on new investor partners i believe before you do that you want to do a 10 or 20 or 100x bottom line moonshot because it costs nothing it's highly predictable you can pick a handful of the methodologies that i'll teach you in this three part segment and you can just blow it wide up next so j just wanted to let you know it's uh a little bit more you know we have 60 more in this just go back my fine yeah what is the list so this is the list of those 60 just to give you kind of a quick overview that there's a lot more to go over i wish we could spend more time on all of these because they're amazing um but yeah here's here's kind of the last slide of these sections and this is this is module one let's go into module two real quick okay so this is i call relational capital power partnering and jv mastery and this is basically learning that there are all these companies organizations influencers media associations that have spent millions and millions hundreds of millions building trust and access credibility with markets that you want to reach and if you can figure out how to tap into that access you can expand dramatically the level of success profitability and um and

3:06:26significance you create not overnight but with rapidity and with safety that nobody else can share and i i mean there are people that probably teach it but i've done this around the world and to the billions so i'm relatively skilled at it and i've done it so many different ways for so many different clients there's nine major benefits and 43 ways to do it we're not going to get into all of them but this just shows you some comment let's continue let's look at some of the nine ways you can use it to achieve advantages of scale scope or speed i'm not going to go into a lot of examples but you could be national international worldwide overnight with i mean i'm right now i'm talking to you i have i have representation partners in um in uh japan in vietnam in malaisia in singapore in italy in spain i'm opening up razille i'm opening up portugal i'm in france and i'm talking to you and they're all putting their resources their past resources on the line for me i have no investment each one expands my brand they some of them are doing everything some are doing one thing and i have the privilege of finding others for that and i'm tapping into all that when i did the seminars 250 million dollars i had the tony robins the six has magazine newsletters seminar promoters authors

3:07:55organizations all promoting for me and i had no risk and they built me uh you know a multi multi-million dollar profit because i was able to learn how to tap into what they had created trust wise with their audience next you can increase market penetration you can instantly penetrate markets you could never afford if you went into a market on your own you need you need to spend money trying to find people to pay for them train them get offices uh put up a lot of money you got to call cold it takes a long time may not work whereas you can plug in right away to somebody else and penetrate a market overnight and get stature next or category you can answer competitiveness and local national that's self-explanar you can enhance product development you can get other people to give you the products they've got from other applications and license them you get them to put their team on it we're doing an we're doing an app for a whole new business and one of my clients had a team in india that they were paying and they were under utilizing and we're getting a five hundred thousand dollar app and i got i traded a hundred thousand dollars of my consulting which is about 90 minutes a month for them to put up this five hundred thousand that cost them

3:09:23forty thousand so they got a hundred for forty but i got a half a million for really a 90 minutes a month for a year and it's got the potential of being a five million dollar a year profit center for us you know i said that next you can develop new business opportunities of a lower you can create new businesses at will at will all over the world all over the world or in every niche you want i also am in the dental market three ways i'm in the i'm in the business acquisition market two ways and i'm talking to you i've got i've got an operation that's got six people i don't really need to worry about it they have much more overhead and much more infrastructure you can get controlled tangible and tangible assets that organization don't even know they possess because i give you this incredible matrix to show you all these opportunities you can commandeer you can capitalize on you can acquire that people don't even know the value of and how to monetize them you can use strategic alliances joint ventures to sharply reduce cost increase profits i mean i can get into this deeply because i have about uh i have four days of work i used to do on this so it's pretty close to my heart because it's how i've built many of my clients how i built my own brand over the

3:10:47years and how you can dramatically explode yours next a lot of things you can't afford to do in your own but you can afford now to do anything you want if somebody else already has the infrastructure like the motorcycle guy you just basically have to figure out what kind of incentive what kind of benefit they need to get out of it to make it worth their while to do it for you next i have stories galore i've just done a time to tell them uh you can do you can mine it in multiple ways go ahead use your company use your own companies unused uh resources assets acquire other people's criss cross be a double valve find all kinds of people to sell your stuff sell all the kinds of stuff use their technology use their methodology use their acting get experts galore almost every expert out there unless they're world world world class and even those are not fully utilized and if you say well i could never afford ten thousand dollars a month for a sales expert or uh it expert or this or that if you can help the expert correlate a a computation metric that shows what that what they do for you produces an increase in profit or reduction in cost or any other denominator that you can quantify you can pay them out of results and it costs you nothing and most of them have extra time

3:12:17they just don't have incentive sometimes we'll go to somebody and if they don't want to get a percentage forever we'll say how about if we pay you five times or three times what you're used to at the rate of fifteen or twenty percent of the savings or or the success and i do this all day long for clients and myself it's it's you know you can learn how to be a matchmaker a dealmaker i've made deals for people where i got more profit than either side and it was fully disclosed it wasn't covert but we go through all these in these segments next so this is just understanding there's all these ways that you can mine ethically other people's money time that their capacity their experiences their ideas their clientele i mean and trash is treasure people don't even understand it i've bought ads that people are done with and relight system i've bought sales approaches i've bought uh unsold one of my client it was a partner in a business there was a collectible firm that went bankrupt and they went to auction and they sold their computers for almost nothing and on all those computers were all their client lists and he bought two computers for two grand each and on it was was the entire client list that had spent uh 150 million dollars and he used that to go into it

3:13:41it was legally his anything on it was not covert they got all the data that was on it because it was in a chapter seven and he was able to make 15 million dollars because he flipped it on a joint venture to somebody that sold collectibles very interesting next uh this is expansion i'm not going to get into any of this but we have 43 ways that i explain very deeply how to use uh relational capital strategic alliance reducing leverage you know resource leverage uh how to add it to your selling efforts because incrementally it's all profits much more profitable when you add these because you don't have to correspond a lot of people don't realize this if i say to you okay uh what's the cost of a sale most people will take the business they have done or do by the overhead they're spending or the marketing and they'll divide it but that's erroneous because if i added another 10,000 dollars of revenue today for no more fixed expense it doesn't cost you the same you might think it cost you 40 percent whereas adding additional sales that only cost on result may only cost you 20 percent they may be two or three times more profitable than the business you're generating on your own and you don't even know it increases profitability lowers the barrier

3:15:02of entry you can enter any market any any sub category any product service niche overnight and get credibility and access instantly and only and with that without having to invest anything you normally would it boost market presence next uh provides a yeah i mean i can go through all these and you can see just read them because i can expound on them but i want to respect your time we're going to run out of time and i want to get into some of the other stuff too keep going gives you great competitive advantage you can rapidly overpower the competition if worst case you can joint market with somebody we've had people go to trade shows where they couldn't afford i'll go back for a few minutes actually i will discuss some of these facilities are really cool uh you know expand your horizon goals aspirations vision because now you can you can you can you can achieve things that you've felt unachainable in the past because you saw yourself resourcing period uh you can expand well beyond your your geographic boundaries by the way i used to be in australia i'm going to probably open up i used to make five million dollars a year from australia and i'm not there right now when i was in china we would make millions of

3:16:24dollars a year and they did all the work and they promoted me and i would come and and do five seminars and three clients and it was great but you can do incredible things that you've never even allowed yourself to have them how you get a foothold in international that's marketing control of other people's markets you might have somebody that's built built a market presence for 20 years and then you partner with somebody who's got a brand in the market but not a competitive brand because they were selling something else to the same profile buyer and then all of a sudden with their brand attached to you you get stature that could be as good if not better than that other company took 20 years to build next and it supplies to you know physical digital online it's i'm just using examples uh you can really overpower competition uh you get people to design products with and for you you get them to plug into their technology talent i created marketing for the dental market my partner had three designers and they did all the layouts i normally would have had to do them they did it all i didn't have to pay a piece we just split profit and we both made like six hundred thousand dollars on the deal i total flexibility you don't need a lot of

3:17:45overhead a lot of infrastructure a lot of facilities a lot of payroll next it's less risky it's like riskless if you do it right no cash acquire technology licenses i don't know if you know that the government has all these licenses you can get there's a guy that sells a billion dollars worth of of biome testing and he got the license scratus and just pays a royalty to Lawrence Livermore Labs one of my former clients was in uh was uh they did contracting to the navy military college and navy has a whole department to repurpose uh technology that they want to get entrepreneurs to use and they're very flexible there's all kinds of ways to go to commercial companies governments and you don't even know about them and get control and you don't even have to do anything with you can flip it once you get control i've gotten access and then flipped it and gotten half the deal just by being able to know what the value was and who it would appeal to and tying it up and then uh flipping it i mean it's very interesting uh you can extend your product offerings if you have two offers now and you've got to buy or they could buy 10 or 15 other things but you don't have you partner with other people and incrementally you can make more from their products than you

3:19:04do your own next uh you can you can innovate like mad because you're tapping into all kinds of infinite possibilities you can become the front-wear in a market that you've never even been in before almost overnight uh you can provide the skill you have i mean it's it's interesting uh i taught how to be a contingency performance marketing consultant to a thousand people many years ago and i i intervened in my own teaching about three quarters away and i said now let me stop if you think well i love this concept but i would never be able to sell it i said there's so many salespeople out there that would love to have a a a permanent participation on deals they sold for you if you do the work but he said oh i can't do the work i said there's plenty of people out there that would do the work for you if you can sell and i said but if you can't sell or even do the work that's no problem you you have the understanding you can give each other 25 percent and keep 50 percent just by being if those of you who are young enough or old enough to know mark twain's uh uh huckleberry fin stories tom soyer was the guy that had to paint a fence and he talked all the kids into doing all the work for him and he sat on his butt uh just to show you the

3:20:32reality of that application when i was 18 before i moved on with my life and career and marriage i had a job painting fire hydrants literally painting fire hydrants and indian apples where i live and i was paid 50 cents of fire hydrant and i honest to god persuade all the local kids that if they painted them it would be the most fun thing in the world and i paid them a quarter their mothers hated me because they all had permanent yellow paint that didn't come off for about two weeks but i made thousands of dollars just sitting around reading books really fun what you can do with this next i'm just what you understand hidden as it's overlooked opportunities underperforming revenue activities underutilized relationships resources you can make so much by internally externally all kinds of ways and i teach you a vast majority of them you can make ROI's return on investment turn on effort or employees and alliances and you'll ever make in your own business and i can prove it with a about a 10 minute uh infallible test that you can do yourself uh let's maximize the stretch your own limited management i've got me my my personal assistant and other support people but we get access to anything we want with our partners and

3:21:58i'm sitting here talking to you and people are striving on things for me putting their resources their high-paid teams on it their knowledge base their relationships pretty cool next you can outsource every non-competency you reduce your overhead dramatically and either you move cost to variable or performance based or you share them i was going to say i've a lot of people that you can't afford to go to trade shows when you had trade shows and i would get them to find uh people who would let them want to sneeze one second excuse me maybe i won't who would let them share a booth and just pay that uh that original exhibitor a share of the revenue that came in and they would end up not having to pay the thirty thousand dollars of of rental and setup and they would get access to the same audience for thirty thousand dollars less i've got so many examples that i've done for clients over my lifetime you can flip business opportunities which is like i said i would get control of something and then i'd figure out somebody else that could either buy it or sell it and i'd get half and i would just be able to ethically opportunistically there's a concept called a realistic opportunist or an opportunistic realist and he does it with that or she with ethics and i did it all day long when i was

3:23:21younger next you can get equities and strategic partnerships uh that you can sell back to the partner or you can sell a third person or if it's got predictable revenue you can borrow against very interesting you can reinvent total business opportunities so that's that's a very superficial introduction to module to macro module two of the three-part profit trifecta okay next and jay i'm just gonna run through some slides here that go over there's like a whole bunch of different ways that you can get access to capital no yeah we have a hundred different let's go back for a minute sure we have a we have a an enumerated a hundred different categories you can focus on and these are other people's money time all these things you can do that once you understand it and again you can do all of them now but i can promise if you learn to think about all these things the way i do you're going to be so much more powerful formidable viable uh competitively superiority and you're going to see all kinds of opportunities that nobody else does and then whether you seize them or not will be the denominator of what this all means to you if you get uh in inner association with us and if you do it yourself i mean i hope you'll pick some of these and use them awesome

3:24:46yeah go ahead throw yeah and i get into all these in in our programs but not not here on fortunately i ran out of time but i got i got at least show you a recession-proofing next so this is all about when you do risk one of the things that i try to teach in in this segment in in uh in this module is you want to take your ability to leverage um relational capital from mediocrity to making you millions and millions and that's not the kind of delusion that people's selling um unrealistic uh training or or business opportunities this is realistic i've got more examples of how viable it can be if you do it right and it doesn't matter where you are now because you could be uh global in in a matter of months if you wanted to do this and you can do it with your own business or all kinds of other ones next uh yeah i'm not going to get into this but this is a colleague of ours and he teaches that most people spend far too much time in the bottom right quadrant barnacles or wasteful stuff that are just you know slugging slowing you down that you really want you have to do the the top one but if you can move more time to renaissance it's going to be where the breakthroughs come from where the ideas and the and the and the ahas and the realizations and the epiphanies that are worth

3:26:17the hundreds of dollars an hour the hundreds of thousands an hour for the idea and to transform your business are going to come from it he explains how to do it we play that hour long explanation as one of the segments next this is a really cool formula that one of my colleagues developed and it's it's he says most people waste most of their productive opportunity because they wasted on things that aren't relevant or they're not competent or passionate at and he said you should only do things where they're really relevant or you're really competent at it and they're relevant and you're really passionate and competent and relevant because anything less than that you're you're you're deserving yourself your business you know your family or all the stakeholders and and when you question this and I get into this much deeper it's very it's very soul searching and it's very it's it's a ultimate reality check because most of the things we do aren't relevant and when we say we don't have any time most things we do we're not that competent and there's a delusion I mean I believe why go from from terrible to mediocre you should only do things that are relevant that you go from good to great and beyond in your capability your competence because that's

3:27:35working in the exponential zone not the incremental zone next uh this like Einstein quits so I fill them in here next yeah let's move quickly because I want to get into and this the unlimited business checkbook is a spin on relational capital relational capital was originally created for revenue generation the unlimited business checkbook is a flip on it it's identifying all the resources that you don't have in your mind's eye the possibility of achieving because you don't have the resources and then figuring out who has those resources and what it takes to get them to provide those resources to you in exchange for some performance variable compensation that you can figure out and it goes through all kinds of examples so that you immediately realize wow I do have an unlimited business checkbook I just have to think differently okay now let's look at recession proving your business and all I'm going to do now is give you the topics we cover monetizing existing sunk cost buyers because you can find on an enormous income revenue profit from things you've already spent money on next moving fixed cost to variable it can eliminate overhead which is one of the biggest brains of cash flow next learning to follow up more effectively I've created systems of follow

3:29:10up that doubled redoubled redoubled again the yield when people usually gave up much much much earlier in the communication cycle and I go through all kinds of examples and and and proof of concepts so that you really get excited next it's doing it more and more and most people don't understand today people just aren't attentive I've had I've turned unresponsive relationships into multi-million dollar partnerships just by being indefatigable and being inventive not just having boring follow up or superficial follow up or pandering follow up but being very strategic in the communication in the in the psychology and I teach what I've done next master advisory selling that can double or redouble the effectiveness of everybody's selling to the market including yourself and if you can double or triple your effectiveness in a market that's 40 percent down you're still way ahead of the game double the guarantee everyone else makes I show you how to use risk reversal with actual aerial and and and quantifiable proof so that your risk is very low but your offer is so superior that whatever in a market in an if you go into recession business will definitely diminish in many areas but it doesn't disappear entirely you have two

3:30:50advantages if you master recession grouping one is you're going to get the lion's share of the new business coming in and number two if the current providers cut services cut marketing cut everything you're going to get a huge share of their current buyers who are going to be frustrated and if you know how to really gain their qualitative and benefit driven attention you're going to be able to get both all missed all the new ones coming in and all the ones existing that are still buying that are getting fed up with the fact that in order to cut costs the that their current providers are diminishing the attention or the services they're giving them and I walk you through how to do it next so I teach you how to lock in lock in long-term sales but give people a risk reversal that they can get out of them and it's a really cool strategy that gives people this great no risk way to get greater value for themselves but lock it in for you but have an out whenever they want it and you look at the statistical probability and the majority people won't want out and even the ones that do it's like risk reversal you understand that you might get a certain number exercising refund or an out but if it triples the the number doing it it's inconsequential next

3:32:29licensing your successful process as this can double as I said car wash made 20 grand themselves made 200 grand licensing the lumber mill made approximately two million from the business five million licensing so we look at that and even if you don't have anything we can show you how to get control of other people and not just re-licence that but use it yourself so it's a very interesting two-way valve next understanding lifetime value more like the ice out where instead of doing it the way you might have done it you don't care about making money now you care about putting lots of recurring income into your pipeline and you look at it very different and you understand allowable cost which I have to explain it takes about 10 minutes but it's a profoundly extraordinarily liberating concept next that is that the same thing I think that's the same thing yes okay test more variables I give you a matrix that you can test all kinds of things and I give you examples and then I tell you how to test them and we look at all kinds of different scenarios where you probably it doesn't matter what business you're in and what mechanisms you utilize to generate that business salespeople online offline distribution even frankly we have as I said

3:33:58125 referral generating strategies so we give you ways to test all kinds of hypothesis next we show you that everybody's not worth the same in that you have to put more or less effort time investment into the different categories and how to play to maximum advantage and how to minimize what you spend on the ones that are lower yielding and then also how to get lower yielding to be better yielding and better to be great and great to be off the charts next we show you how to make yourself a maven I've got a whole course on maven marketing which is to elevate your stature in the eyes of your market above everybody else it was very interesting I was doing a console yesterday morning coincidentally to a guy in Spain who teaches people how to be how to be luxury brands in the eyes of their market not really a luxury brand like Louis Vuitton but they're they're they're brand luxury but we realized that a big sleeper was getting CEOs to be seen as a luxury persona in the eyes of the target audience because if they're I said if you can elevate yourself to a small equivalent of an Elon Musk or a Steve Jobs or Jeff Bezos or Warren Buffett or and and everyone else in your industry is nondescript because they

3:35:22just are known by their business but you're also this persona all things being equal people are going to want to favor you and we teach you how to do that so it's pretty cool next we teach you out when people get in trouble you can take over their IP their database their URL their phone number and pay them on results and you could do it all day long as long as you have the sourcing and you can bounce on it and we give you examples until you had to do it I already talked about that example we show you how to decrease overhead many different ways we show you how to double the productivity of your team through different kind of training and different reallocation and analysis so you get more yield even if you have less people we show you how to not ever burn bridges when people stop doing business or don't do business with you and how they have the ability even prospects who don't buy can make you a fortune and I show you about 10 ways that that's true we told you we go through the hierarchy of the most universal I mean I've got all these but there's about nine that anybody can use almost infallibly we tell you what those are next this is just thinking that while you're talking to me no one's going after

3:36:48your client and how to how to how to really make your business and your relationship with a client a totally defend defensible moat we get this is my amazon.com and when you master the mind of the market you communicated a level of of of conveying understanding appreciation and the ability to fulfill what they want in levels and at a dimension none of the competitors do stop there this is 20 out of 61 and in respect for you and us I'm going to do two things right now one I'm going to suggest that you think about what you have seen and if you did what we ask and you made notes you should have a lot of notes I'd like you when this is over to go through as many as you have and then just identify maybe 10 things out of whatever 200 that I've just shared that would seem like they would be relatively applicable and then if they only worked moderately extend what it might mean to add to your current business revenue profit and then extend it all out and total it and then divide it and happen divide it half again and I think unless your business is a startup with no revenue if you're real business generating real revenue and making a decent profit I mean it can be hundreds of thousands can be millions whatever you're doing I would think what I'm about

3:38:18to re re-share with you one more time which is the offer would be the greatest return on investment and I this is from the heart I don't really do trainings anymore to make a lot of money I do and to make myself work through new new breakthrough distinctions that I haven't really resolved at the level I want so they will become indelibly more permanent in my ability to access them for my private clients which is what my real day job is all about but you get a free ride well it's not free you got to pay five thousand or or six thousand dollars for it but it's pretty inexpensive compared to what the return will be if you're someone who acts on the knowledge the profound knowledge but let's go through the offer again okay swinging for the fences mastering the profit explosion formula creating more business wealth I'm not going to go through the the depth of it I did because hopefully I haunted you with that awareness but it's all about keeping your business going and going and growing and mastering the ability to be an exponential entrepreneur a master of power partnering and mastering recession proving your business and integrating the key elements that are most applicable to your business in a triad in what I call the profit trifecta it's a three

3:39:48month three phase rapid acceleration and compression program every month you get another module you do not get all of the same time for your best interest not mine because I know human nature and you'll you'll just pick and choose and you'll get a fraction of the benefit and you won't repeat anything it'll be a superficial outcome instead of a monumental one and I won't want that it's not worth it to me because I like success stories and some of you will be big enough to become clients maybe some of you already big enough you're going to get a module every month you're going to get access to brian and scott who you'll meet in a few minutes every week monday's for the three months there's also the largest helicopter manufacturer in the small helicopter market down the street so we got jets flying in helicopters being tested it's pretty fun you're going to get access to me once a month live you're going to get you're going to get three enormously valuable starting bonuses if you sign up right away you have two choices if you want to get a discount of five thousand and make it in a single payment if you need to and want to you can make six thousand dollar payments but make them I don't want to have anybody call you and I don't want your credit card to decline and I'm

3:41:22not trying to be difficult but it's not what we do we're not really big in this in selling products we're big in in doing private profit partnering and expensive consulting but this is a labor of love I have tried I hope openly and generously to expand your realization there's a heck of a lot more available to you in good times and you could really capitalize and grow massively in bad times and if you integrate this three-pronged integration together it can be unimaginably significant to your success it could change forever the positive trajectory of your business and if you're real business I would love to have the ability to contribute if you're a little startup or you're a one-dimensional business I don't think you should even ask us to you know how it'll work because we've had a lot of people that said I don't see the application whereas realistic if you have no money or no business learning power partnering can double your success rate because I've done it for loads of startups but I don't want to really get into people that don't understand it Rob Calasante our vice president of profit partnerships is available to talk to if you want to go deep on anything he's probably watched most of this so he'll be familiar but he knows what I'm doing with it

3:42:50and he's very very no nonsense if he doesn't think you should do it he'll tell you if you think she should do it he'll tell you if you're large enough and he thinks you should at least explore a private relationship he'll tell you so his contacts should be available right now Brian make sure they're there now Scott and and Brian will be available for 20 or 30 minutes to ask questions and I like to leave you with a really cool repeat and rinse I want to share with you the essence of that quote that I gave you in the beginning because I think reminding yourself of it is worthwhile Bob Brocker died but he's a really interesting man and when he was at my house many years ago we talked about this and he said most people struggle silently with the wrong tormenting question they questioned whether they're worthy of whatever the goals they've said can I make you know five hundred thousand dollars a year can I keep this business going can I grow it you know beyond where it is can I make it worldwide can I you know can I do all kinds of things can I use this business to secure my my financial future can I build a business that I could ever sell he said and I hope I've proven to you today that when you understand how much more is possible from time effort access to the market

3:44:19opportunity interaction capital human capital intellectual capital relationship capital the right question to ask is not am I worthy of this goal it's the opposite is this goal worthy of me because very honestly you've probably set your sights too low and your standards way beyond what you should be capable of when armed with the right profound knowledge I thank you I hope this exceeded your expectation I would hope that many of you wish to have a relationship it will delight me I think as everything I think we do we over deliver and I think I have the ability to integrate in your in your mind and the people you share the knowledge with capabilities and understandings that I would doubt if anyone else really grasped and all the people they played the endorsements of they weren't trying to impress you with with just superficiality they want you to know that I've done this for real players and they're pretty discriminating and to get people to go on the line and out on a limb and say this they wouldn't do if it wasn't real I'm the real thing but you have to want it more than I do because it's your business so I'm done you can talk to Brian and Scott you can call Rob Calasante to go deep privately one on one just

3:45:50don't waste your time and please don't waste ours thank you thanks guys you did a great job Jay bye lots of positive comments about tons of value looking forward to implementing this and getting excited so thank you so much for sharing all this amazing stuff with you and you just saw on camera come up is my cohort my partner who loves tacos he's got Sylvan Bell but he's so much more flavorful than than the most delicious taco you can imagine he has grown up in business he's lived it his his family surrounded him with business concepts he became a sales consulting expert worked with sales teams growing their businesses then got into business consulting and now works with Jay's clients to implement Jay's strategies and give real practical kind of guidance about the how to of implementation and it's just an honor to work with Scott he brings so much to the table and really brings the the step-by-step process he's also a master at really taking Jay's kind of mind and putting it into formats I mean he's done masterful work when it comes to creating workbooks and dimensionalizing the you know the strategic step-by-step program of how to do this and it is powerful so yeah so what I want you to do is if anyone out there has a question about the the

3:47:39what what Carlos is showing on the screen and we're going to bring back up in a second and review it one more time but right now we want to address if someone here has a question if you could put that in the in the chat or in the Q&A and we'll answer it live but we wanted to be about this program there were a couple of questions Scott that came up during the program and I thought it was interesting I believe it was Tom that was asking some questions like hey I've got an education business does this stuff apply to me and we've had several education businesses go through various forms of this and they've gotten great answers now one of the things Tom that I think Scott is amazing at is he's able to sometimes do what Jay does and dictate copy I've seen him create referral strategies that have done things and what I bring to the table is kind of the soft skill side of the thing and we had one guy talking about a very unique education program where there was two students like he had two clients he was just getting started he had two clients and we showed him away how he could use volunteering to show how he uses volunteering to add value to his two clients so that they gave him amazing referrals and Scott you know talked to him about

3:49:07how you could use those referrals to weave that into copy that would then become the foundation for growing his business and adding massive value I see Rafael is asking and I apologize if I mispronounced any of your names is asking a question about startups so Scott do you want to talk a little bit about how this applies to startups and and businesses that are transitioning you know they've made they've recently sold their business or are restarting or they found out that they're in a business and they don't like it and want to do something else absolutely you know here's the thing any of Jay's teachings are a strong foundation for nonprofit sectors, profit sectors just about anything that you can imagine Brian and I have probably had questions about it in some form and another over the last two years and so you know if you're saying hey will it work for my service will it work for my industry I can't think of something that wouldn't work something that wouldn't work inside of your industry or service right and and can you speak to limitations I mean we've seen people that said hey I don't think you can help us because I'm a law person or I'm a medical person you know like I can't do referral strategies because you know like I have to meet HIPAA regulations or

3:50:31you know I'm an informational marketer in Europe and I have to do all these you know regulations for you know the European standards on information can you speak to that a little bit Scott? Yeah once again I can't think of a place or a process or a project that we haven't been able to add value or come up with content or strategies in order for somebody to find success so Brian is there a specific question you're looking for me to answer on this? Not really but I did see someone who had a law firm and is looking to sell law firms go into the buying and selling arrangement and I mean I know that Jay works with Roland who you know does amazing stuff with that whole process Roland invites Jay to talk to his top clients about buying and selling businesses to get Jay to talk about how he can add value to the businesses that they buy so if you want to do the buying and selling of businesses stay tuned so Scott maybe one thing that we can just illustrate real quick is illustrating how we dimensionalize some of Jay's insights so think back to one thing that impacted you today that you thought is applicable to your business and then talk about how someone can actually apply it. You know when I think of hey thanks when I think of you know the ultimate

3:52:06leverage inside of a company is is getting the word out in another way or in another format and one of the biggest questions that you and I get Brian is I'm looking for more clients I'm looking for more leads and so where most of your competitors are sitting on their hands and they're saying I'm waiting for some leads to fall from the sky or from a social media platform that I'm paying why would you not reverse that and go for referrals why would you not go for relational capital and say instead of waiting for luck I'm going to make my own and you know as Jay was talking today I've heard this a few times from him having the conversation I really thought a lot about it makes a lot more sense for you to build out lines of business through relational capital and referrals than it is to go out and try to buy them and purchase them on the open market. You know you have somebody saying this is a fantastic guy fantastic girl fantastic company whatever way you're going to say it and you know Brian we were able to help a contractor in the Midwest that had some amazing referral strategies and amazing joint ventures and somebody like that isn't paying for marketing you know when you take a look at the bottom line and you go through and

3:53:24look at your profit and loss you look at your your budget part of that money is marketing and Jay talked about allowable costs what's a way for you to take your marketing budget use it a little bit differently and use it completely to your advantage. Great insight and application I love it so a couple people were asking about you know how do you get more of this information you know like it feels like you're missing out so that's one of the things about hanging out about Jay is Jay has this way of expanding our mind so that we feel that there is so much more available just by participating in today you probably right now just wish that you could go back and watch this a hundred times now what I'm about to share with you is why we want you to be in a program with Jay is this is just the tip of the iceberg Jay mentioned preeminence in one module Jay spends almost two hours dimensionalizing preeminence how to add it how to create it how to you know how to apply it and engage with it on so many different levels and it truly is the foundation of growing businesses massively so if you want to see this again I highly highly highly recommended to get engaged on the inside of this program where where you do get access to replays you do get access to watch

3:54:59these modules over and over and over again and I highly recommend that you do and once you've watched one of these modules on the following Monday you get to engage with Scott and I now Scott we didn't really talk about this in the call but is there anybody else who's going to be on these calls with these people are you talking about guests or are you talking about other participants other participants so yeah we have people that have been engaging in these ideas for over a year over a couple years now actually and we have some of these alumni that come in to ask kind of the after question after you've applied all of these modules after you've applied all of these strategies you know at kind of the basic level how do you do this so you will get exposed to some advanced questions that will really show you how to integrate multiple levels of these things how to preeminence weave in with relational capital how to social media strategies weave into absolute advantage so these types of questions will allow you to see the warp and wolf the weaving together of these diverse ideas into a tapestry that starts to become beautiful in business I mean not only does it build your business beyond exponential it gives you more time it gives you more freedom it gives you

3:56:30the chance to pay for your daughter or son's education I mean there is so much that happens by being involved with this program now if you if you don't get involved you probably have some ideas that if you really act on it today Scott what are some of the I remember people have signed up for our program so this is how we found out about it and they said and they didn't start immediately there was you know a two week three week gap before you know the first module was released and on that first call we've had several people talking about what successes can you give a couple of examples of people taking one idea from programs like this where j goes over a lot of concepts and people taking action on one idea what kind of numbers come from that we we have a guy that went from the nonprofit sector to the profit sector and was profitable from day one in a very competitive industry let's just say that and you know that's because he took the principles the teachings of Jay and combine them put them together and implemented so like here's the thing that we run into at the end of the day you got to implement so these sessions are perfect for coming in and saying hey I have the strategy that Jay teaches on setting a referral and I've tried it and it didn't work I

3:57:47did these three things and we can take it and say well you know what here is it was you did the right thing three things but they were out of order it's the perfect opportunity to come in and say I don't quite understand how to put this idea or concept into practice or I think I'm using it but I may be using it wrong and that's a that's a common conversation that we have just about every week how do I how do I take Jay's teachings how do I take his principles and put him into work and use him as a force multiplier in my business it's pretty straightforward and we in the beginning we often coach people that if you're looking at if you get inspired by an idea and you're thinking you're reaching for your wallet to pull out your credit card that might not be the nuance that Jay is sharing with you because if you don't see a way how to use other people's relational capital to buy something or buy it on a performance basis or one of the things that we really didn't get into today which is one of Jay's strategies is use barter and trade for something then you're missing out on a way to recession-proof your business by looking for creative ways to finance lower costs strategically partner with people you will get so much value from implementing these

3:59:06kinds of things so so we let people know like hey if it's not low or no cost keep looking if it's not easy to do or or you can get it in motion fast keep adjusting to find the things that are we want you to start with what Jay calls the low hanging fruit the easy applicable ideas and strategies that will grow your business beyond exponential so powerful stuff so if you could put into chat any kind of question and then um Scott would you mind going over from your perspective be offered one more time so Carlos if you could bring that up one more time and I'm gonna allow Scott to go through it from his perspective on some of the nuances that he sees as the value to being inside of this program sure let's start with the very top thing of having access to Jay now I gotta share with you that's not something that's easy to do these days that's difficult and and it is an investment so being able to know that once a month you can ask the question you need to ask from Jay uh going through and taking the 13 the 13 modules with all the categories I have an MBA and this is not content that's taught in business school and it's the missing link it's the missing element to really put the strategies together that I hope

4:00:32you grow your business you want to go ahead and keep going down just a little bit I went through the unlimited checkbook relational capital that course is fantastic it's a different way of thinking it's a different way of looking at business Brian and I recap this and went over this like what would you do if you didn't have the capability to pay for marketing pay for consulting what way could you trade barter jb to work to your favor or even take the tool position where you get a cut a small cut or a huge cut of the revenues recession proof in your business that is something that's on the mind of just about every entrepreneur and every facebook group that I'm in as of today if you have a business there are ways for you to recession proof your business and where everybody else is screaming the the sky is falling you will have the capability to grow purchase other companies bring in revenue do something different I really like that program I've been through it it's all about finding ways to grow your business in ways that are not normal creativity switch another fantastic product product that I've been to you know you're not always going to see a way to do business that everybody else has done before

4:01:52and so it will take creativity on your part now the cool thing about calls with Brian and I you can come in and say hey I've got like 70% of an idea do you think we can get together and fill out the other 30 and it's not just us answering questions there's people that are in the group that are smart entrepreneurs will say hey I've been through that or I have something similar in my industry and here's what you can do with it and if you really want to go to the sublime as you like to say you know from how to get from where you are to where you want to be I went through that program twice this year two times I went through that program and if there was a way to teach yourself about business all of these bonuses and all these phases really compile on top of each other to get you to knowledge skills capabilities talents that your competition just doesn't have I'll tell you this I've been in enough companies to know that the way that it works is most companies think if I just spend more on advertising I'm just gonna play more clients that's the go-to answer your competition for the most part is inherently lazy and they don't want to do things any other way than what the rest of the market's doing and then that's your opportunity to get in and say

4:03:01I've got different options and when the market goes down they don't have those options it gives you the ability to dominate at any any point in the business absolutely cool so I'm not seeing any questions uh because somebody just dropped the link in the chat and Brian I would ask you you know what's been your favorite thing of going back and forth and having these conversations it's well what I love is the challenge from it uh it's the ability to get in the shoes of someone who's having a real problem and I empathize with that it sucks to be alone and and be dealing with these challenges that come up in business all by yourself and so for me to feel like hey I get to be in the room with you and listen to what is the struggle and even if Scott and I don't have an immediate epiphany we'll go and we'll we'll do research we'll come back we'll ask Jay we'll we'll do what what it takes to give a strategy that's relevant to what you're going through but but I think that just the ability to have someone listen to what that challenges can be an epiphany for someone being able to be in a room of like-minded entrepreneurs who are working to implement these strategies is just powerful and transformative now the thing about being in this is that it takes

4:04:38action to make these things happen you need to get action and momentum to make a transition from where you are to where you want to be so you know you've got to invest you you've got to trust yourself that you're going to do this now what I find for me is that when I make a meeting I show up and the fact that Scott and I will be on these Monday morning calls week after week after week is a way to show up for you because it's easy not to hold yourself accountable but we want you to be in those meetings we will actually be disappointed if you don't show up because we feel you're missing out on your future and because you're missing out on your future your clients are missing out on their best possibility of enjoying your products and services and your clients live in our world and we want them to have the best lives possible because we get to work and play with them so we see the interaction and interrelationship between all of us and that's why we are passionate about contributing to your growth to your understanding your clients needs to enhancing and spotlighting the value you have shifting your positioning so that it can stand out in the marketplace we don't want you to be a dog in business and here's the other thing Scott

4:06:04will tell you the hard truth I mean no joke he can give you the tough love that that that sometimes makes me uncomfortable and and from his example here's the thing a good mentor and a good colleague and a good partner will grow you he's shown me that by me being tough I can have a bigger impact on the people in this program so I become a tougher individual I've been able to challenge people at a deeper more profound level I've been able to integrate things because of Scott's example of being able to be willing to ask tough questions being willing to share hard truths that we go after it so this is not a place to get pumped up though you will get pumped up it is a place to deal with the reality of being in business so that you can you can grow and overcome the challenges in a safe safe environment than the world out there we're not going after you to try to steal your business we're not going after you to try to crush you and and steal your clients we're going after you to enhance who you are and how you show up so that you get more clients so you are the preeminent resource so that you are the the market maven that people are attracted to you are the definition of what being a good person in business is

4:07:25it's just powerful yeah and Antonio here I see I like relational capital it impacted me and yes you can use the information on this course we want you to apply relational capital you know you can like say for example Antonio you have a potential partner and you're like I don't know what to say you say Scott and we'll do this right now Scott I want to do something with a a writer like I want to I want to get an editor for something I've written and you know like I don't want to pay the five grand for it how could I possibly create some sort of relational capital strategy so that I'm not coming out with a five grand out of my pocket right if I could find two people to do a book with me that you would edit would you allow for me to have my done for free I like it so that's what I would you know off the top of my head that's just the beginning form that wouldn't be exactly the way that I would say it just like sometimes it takes and like this is the beauty of being around something like this is you get to see how messages are made so first we formulate we take the idea we say it and then we massage it a bit to come up with a better version hey Brian here's the thing I've completed a book and it's what I believe is a fantastic

4:08:53book now what I would like to do with you is I would like to bring in two other authors and have them pay full price in an exchange for me bringing you two authors would you be willing to take care of mine to take care of my fees if I bring you two people to take to edit their books now that's like the second version we could go to like a third or a fourth version but like the benefit of being in a situation where every Monday you're asking questions you don't just get the insights from me you get them from Brian there's other people who consistently show up different industries and have different views outside of what you do they can help you absolutely absolutely so Carlos why don't you put or Laura if you could put the links in the chat again because I really would like to see everyone who's on this call still in this program because it's the people who show up and stay that are usually the action takers and I know there's a ton of value in here and you know if this is outside of your budget I understand that and this isn't the right time for you to get involved in this program it really is it if you can't easily afford this and see how the massive benefit that will will grow your business utilize one of these things Jay went over today to grow your business

4:10:14to the point where you can he gave you enough meat that you can use to grow your business improve a referral strategy use relational capital stop using cash to buy things explore bartering to exchange for things look for ways that you're bleeding out economically and start recession proofing your business start recession proofing your time are there ways that you are not utilizing your time to best advantage are there things that you're doing with your time that are adding value to your business and life and the thing is is that this course isn't about revenue it isn't just about improving revenue it's about improving your life like I mean so Scott what are some of the things that we've seen people get I mean Jay's gotten some amazing cars I mean I love his car stories and Bentley's Ferraris you know he's traded all kinds of things for these things so he get he and Jay gets to play the game of being in the business he wants to play he gets to wrestle with ideas that he wants to wrestle with so Jay is here to have fun and when you're with Jay playing in this amazing sandbox to create ideas that can grow your business what it looks like you know for me I get to invest in my daughter's education I get to you know volunteer time because I've

4:11:40learned how to more effectively use my time in life and business so those are two aspects that being with Jay has improved my life it's also shown me that I can use my super skills which is facilitating growth and and getting people to listen to each other and things like that so that they can benefit so I've discovered you know my cape my superpower and this program can show you where your cape is and draw that out of you it can give you the opportunity to improve your your time and how you use it it can give you the monetary rewards the tool of money to get the things really will add value to your life what are some other things that you've seen people really benefit like what are some of the other dimensions that have people have gotten from this Scott you know believe it or not there is a core group of people who show up and there's some camaraderie between the people who do come every week and the people who do engage and the conversations that we have and there's people cheering for you because sometimes the toughest thing for us is you make a majoring in accomplishment and you look around you're like there's nobody to tell me good job there's nobody to say hey that was fantastic and you know sometimes for me more than money

4:13:04awards and cool things it's that pat on the back it's like you did awesome you did fantastic keep going and sometimes showing up and you're like you know today's just been a bad day today's been a bad week I've had all of these problems I've had all these issues and you get to hear people go hey you know what we've we've all been through there keep going you're going to be okay you know I've got a friend Alex that likes to say you're not alone you know when it comes to you being an entrepreneur you're not alone and the reality is is you're surrounded by a group of people who want to see you succeed absolutely and Jay's a pretty networked guy just in the chat Edna was talking about her business being hacked Jay happens to know Dr. Eric Cole who was a CIA agent who was paid by the government to hack for like seven years and then he then became a strategic you know coach to businesses on how they can recover their brand on how they can avoid being hacked and if you've been in business for five years and you use a PC and not a Mac you've been hacked and probably don't know it I'm just saying so getting access to Jay's Roleadex is like mind-blowing and occasionally he'll he'll do things like oh yeah that's a really good question I'll share I'll share an introduction with you to

4:14:34this person and you're like oh my gosh I mean did you see the endorsements that we shared in the beginning of this these are some pretty big players that Jay's playing with so imagine connecting to two or three of those if you could get connections you know either through their books their tapes or maybe even you know going to one of their seminars or engaging with them in a different way could that possibly enrich your business or life absolutely so right yeah powerful stuff does does anybody have a question about this program like realistically if there's a question you have if you could put it in the chat I mean Brian and I would love to answer it for you you know if you're like hey I feel like I'm almost there I just I need to know it doesn't include this does it take care of this and and there was a huge yeah there's one what's that Brian there was one technical one on price so there's two price options and there's definitely a way to do this you can pay the the price of the program is six thousand dollars and that comes out in one thousand dollar monthly payments the other is Jay doesn't really want to be your banker so if you pay five thousand right now you get the program for a thousand dollars off of the full price but remember the

4:15:58total value I mean he was just talking about that two-hour program was a hundred and sixty six thousand dollars so there's that but really what will you get from this so see yourself taking action because Scott and I will work with you to take small tiny actions that will lead to big results little things a change in your copy a change in this Jay will answer your questions that can lead to massive windfall profits and breakthroughs and so we've seen business owners in the first four weeks some of them have made ten thousand some of them have made a hundred thousand and a few of them have broke the million dollar mark within the first three months so it is possible from applying these things if you are a smaller business you don't have a lot of moving parts if you make less than a hundred thousand dollars a year can you generate enough revenue from this absolutely without question you can um will it be more a little bit more challenging yes however there may be a marketing mistake you're making the Jay can help you eliminate that will allow you to grow so much faster maybe you're investing money in a way that's actually hurting your business maybe you don't need to market in the way you're doing and you can find a no to low cost way to do it to totally transition

4:17:17and I think you had something to say Scott so let's get back to you because I may have interrupted yeah there there was a question in the chat about a landscaping company and someone said hey can I bring my spouse like we have partners that come in all the time great so like the answer would be yes and not only yes but encouraged we there's a couple that does jazz training that's uh in a program and hearing their their dynamics on the call is always intriguing you know they I mean so yes we encourage you to uh to not only take the course but to use the course that means when we say hey this is something you should share with your team that means you should share it with your team maybe not in the format that we're sharing it but in your own words in your own example share this stuff we want you to use this to apply it to make a difference in your life and business now we're not saying go after Jay's IP we're saying utilize the concept of the strategy in your life and business and a little caveat Scott and I are not doctors lawyers uh account description is not an account yeah um you know things like that so anything that that is said is you know with with the concept that this is designed for you to reflect on and

4:18:52accept what will work for you and to always use this rule of thumb is it low to no cost is it easy to do uh is it fast to implement will it create momentum um will it add value and we also like to give you choices because we know that not everything works and sometimes you have to iterate a number of times to find that working system sometimes it's you know you think you hear what Jay said and you you apply it how you heard it and you realize it it was totally flat and Jay says the exact same thing to you but you hear it differently and you're like oh he meant this uh we've seen it a hundred times so uh listening to Jay with a real open mind can be transformative so and then working with Scott and I can really capture some of those nuances if you are confused or if you're not sure how to apply something um and not only that we have incredible business owners on the inside of this program people that are in all kinds of industries that can add value to what you're doing and how you're doing it from their perspective and they're all supportive and encouraging um I loved that Edna was very supportive in the chat for us as a staff you know say hey great job guys I'm really getting a lot out of this we have people like that on the inside of this call

4:20:18that are that are great supporters of progress so it's fun to be in this group the energy is great the insights are great and the momentum that's created is mind-blowing Brian were there any more questions for us uh I took out my earpiece here uh let's see if the uh here so let's see here yeah so I didn't ask in some great questions but I think we've addressed many of them um so yeah I don't hear anything from from the earpiece but um yeah so Scott any kind of wrap up insights that you want to share yeah for for you to get from where you are to where you want to be it's not going to happen from the the current knowledge and the skills that you have without somebody helping you multiply it that's good true for me that's true for Brian that's true for just about anybody who's in business as an entrepreneur if you really want to get that that momentum sometimes it comes from an outside perspective from somebody outside of your industry from somebody outside of your service that has nothing to do with what you do innovation rarely comes from inside of your business and being around entrepreneurs that want to grow their business there is some momentum that comes from that and I believe that that you can do it awesome I I did see something

4:21:55pop up here in Q&A oh that's the landscape company got it um cool so we answered that one so yeah so please join us we we'd love to have you and your partner uh in the call um having an open perspective uh I love that uh yeah being being open to things is so powerful it allows new ideas to come in and you can utilize those ideas to transform the life and business so one of the last things Jay did is he began to integrate all this so all of these uh these categories and strategies they weave together together like a Kevlar vest they they they integrate in a very powerful way which is why Jay wants to share with you the beyond exponential strategies so those categories that Jay was talking about are kind of foundational ideas that will give us a common language to address some of the things that are happening in the world and in your business today uh there's a lot there to unpack and I highly highly recommend that you watch these modules again and again and again and again and then um there's Scott and I's take on it and then once a month Jay has a chance to answer your question you have something come up in your business you you can ask a question we like it to be related to one of these categories but if you have a

4:23:28challenge talk to Scott and I on Monday and we'll show you how to relate any question to one of these categories we are expert at asking Jay questions that relate back to the material uh the next thing is really the deep dive into joint mentoring it is so unnecessary to uh open yourself up to you know like an investor or take out a massive loan or to leverage uh when you really understand this concept um I it is hard to believe uh if you remember Jay's motorcycle story that entrepreneur was really struggling he said I told you what I need I need a loan I need money to do this and Jay's like no you don't need money and if you can really hear that and really understand that um it is such a powerful concept that can transform how you finance anything in your business and the flip side you know like how you buy anything how you grow value I mean it's just so massive and then the last thing is really in this turbulent economy where there's so much going on so many different ways really all of these categories help you recession-proof your business these 61 things specifically help you recession-proof your business but joint venturing and these you know beyond exponential strategies weave into that ability you know from day one you are really

4:25:03building recession-proofing foundations because if you're not preeminent you're probably going to go out of business if you're not getting referrals you are investing way too much money in in marketing when you can have a low to no cost way to have massive amounts of new clients if you aren't focusing on the two other ways to grow a business besides getting new clients you're missing out on a huge profit potential inside of your business with the clients you have if you don't understand the framework of why we talk about clients and not customers you're missing out on a mindset that is transformative so all of these things weave together in a powerful system that can make your business full-approved like a Kevlar Vast so stick around get on the inside of this because it is a lot to take in a lot to digest but if this is not the right time for you to get involved today then take massive action on ten of these things start implementing it today right now so that in a month or four weeks you can say call us up and say hey I just had a windfall of twenty thousand dollars let's get started so please please please invest in your business because there is a third choice and that third choice is the one that we call the default

4:26:32choice it's living in the status quo it's called doing nothing and that's what many of your competitors are doing and that's why you can stay in business through a upward economy but the moment the economy starts going down or people feel threatened they start looking for ways to improve they start getting hungry and they start getting aggressive with things and so if you're not growing you're going to be dying and so it is essential that you find some strategy that will lift you up and grow your business and this program has multiple strategies that all work they've all been tested they've all been shown to grow businesses all you need to do is apply three or four and you will outperform your competition by leaps and bounds so with that iBrianoni would like to say thank you for for joining us on this incredible journey today i think it was a powerful engaging activity and j has spent a lifetime making today possible so please please please don't take that that choice to do nothing engage do something either take action on one of these principles you learn today or or join us on the inside of this program so that we get to work with you and learn about your business learn about what your challenges are and have fun solving them and and seeing the

4:28:02opportunity that lies in a downward market i mean we oh it's it's fun we talked about how the advantages that come from a downward market in our last call and it was just so much fun so uh scott any last final words or anyone from the team any final words look forward to seeing you on the inside all right so thank you thank you thank you uh we we shall see you all soon we hope fingers crossed why you might want to pay
